I got freaking banned for 2 weeks for saying ew.
And when i send them a message about why i got banned for something like that, and if they could unban me please, they just said thta i was being rude. Like tf so i wriote a second message about if they could just ban my chat, but they responded the exact same message, copy and paste, h0e´s

Overall, I do like Roblox, and I like playing it with my friends. That's the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars. Their recent decisions though? Very questionable. The AI age verification, the recent scandals, the lawsuits, the predatory people, and the ways they try to fix it have all been met with disapproval.

They recently sued a Youtuber named Schlep, for trying to, and catching a number of pedophilic users on the platform. As well as suing Youtuber Ruben Sim in the past for trying to present systems that would make Roblox a safer platform.

They need to swallow their pride, and let someone else help with their issues for once.

Was falsely enforcement banned this month roblox claimed I owned an account under a name that I never have owned. I reached out to roblox under the appeal and decisions tab over 40 email support tickets and all were denied within 5 minutes or longer. I tried to select support under a different reason which lead me to getting in contact with a human except they all end up telling me to create a ticket under appeal a decisions tab which is just a robot that automatically rejects your appeal request without a staff reviewing it. Lost over 8 million robux on my account this websites support team is truely a joke if you have any collectible item I reccomend selling immedietely before you are false banned and have 0 hope of getting unbanned the situation I am currently facing.

My life dream is to create a game and I heard roblox was the way to go so I downloaded the game installed studio spent real life days grinding to make my game, for roblox to crush my soul because they now ask 11 euro,s to make my not violent game for all ages instead of 16+ and I don't have that money for roblox so roblox if see this just remove this awful cashgrab

This app has been great ever since they have separated the age groups and fortified censoring, banning, and parental controls. This has made it easier for predators to find young children and has made it frustating to play as many games have been removed from being allowed to play.

Take away the stupid age verification this game is for 12 year olds it’s dumb that we need face verification for a kids game it’s your little business fault for letting older people that are in there 20+s join Roblox

And the verification system is terrible my friend she is 12 and she got put into a 18-20+ community if you are gonna do a face verification at-least use a person not ai

Roblox, you need to wake up! This app is beyond super unsafe! There are lots of predators that prey on children! There are also lots of scammers and hackers as well! Do you realize that you are killing your own platform? Just wait till you get this issue resolved! 1. You removed classic faces by replacing them with dynamic faces that look absolutely hideously ugly! There’s nothing even special about them! 2. You also changed the platform a lot and you have been banning innocent people! We want old Roblox back! 3. You no longer can create games for free anymore! You now have to pay Robux with that which is a total scam, beyond money hungry, and money robbery! You really need to get your shit together! Or you will be banned permanently! Roblox customer service is so bad! They simply refuse to do any work to help their costumer to get back into their user account when there´s no recovery email or number linked to the account. How on earth a child would be avare of this if it's not mandatory? They just say, sorry, but make a new account. What a great solution to a problem that actually they have created!
This is so stupid and lazy of them. Ask a few questions that only the owner of the account would know. How hard is that???

My friends account got hacked and he showed receipts he had from 2024 and they still did not let him have his account back they wanted receipts from 2021, Also the CEO is terrible.

You can't make games for free anymore, you can't play old innactive games anymore as they've been removed from the platform. The entire platform is full of pedophiles, condo games (sexual experiences) that roblox refuses to ban. Roblox is now just a greedy money hungry corporation destroying itself for its investors and never thought to ask how their playerbase feels.

Listen to me. Roblox didn’t want age checks. Roblox didn’t want chat to be restricted. It was either this or be banned from half of the world. I’ve been in the UAE for almost a year now with no chat, yes, it’s depressing. Yes, it’s terrible. But I’d much rather have ‘some’ Roblox instead of ‘no’ Roblox.

The only reason that is infuriating me and gave this a 4 instead of 5, is the removal of classic faces. What the hell? Big part of Roblox culture gone, replaced with scary moving eyes and monster mouths. I don’t care if the faces are animated, bro. Just make them look good. Why is every face stretched out like a neck?!
