I'm ejoying the learning and the mocks…
I'm ejoying the learning and the mocks are great, but 6 working day wait for a exam voucher is not helpful as at this point you are ready for the exam.
I brought my own exam voucher for last microsoft exam so that I took the exam and scheduled my study towards this, this isn't really feasibe once I get to the more expensive exams coming up.

Misleading Sales and Very Poor Quality Content
I strongly regret signing up.
What was presented during the sales process sounded like high-quality, structured IT training with proper support. What I actually received access to was extremely poor-quality, AI-narrated slideshow content that felt generic and basic. It did not resemble what I was told I would be receiving and was absolutely not worth the price being charged.
When I accessed the website linked to the “training” portal, my browser issued a warning advising me to avoid the site entirely due to scam-related risk. That was deeply concerning and immediately undermined my confidence.
I exercised my right to withdraw within the 14-day cooling-off period under my finance agreement. After doing so, I was told my cancellation would not be processed unless I paid £240 described as an “administration fee.” They informed me that without paying this fee, my cancellation would not be valid and they would not inform the finance partner to cancel it.
In my view, attempting to make cancellation conditional on paying an additional fee after exercising a statutory cooling-off right is unacceptable.
The quality did not match what was promised, and the way my cancellation was handled only reinforced my concerns. I would strongly recommend not engaging with this company on any level under any circumstances.
Despite their claims in their Trustpilot reply, I have been in regular contact with them by email. I explicitly informed them not to call me, as I did not want to be spammed by calls, yet I received multiple telephone calls over several days.
They claim the "content was accessed," I watched maybe five minutes of an AI-narrated slideshow before receiving a warning form my browser to avoid the site under any circumstances due to scam related risk, They claim that because i "aCceSSeD tHe ConTeNt" I am required to pay a £240 administration fee to cancel. The initial email I received after my cancellation request claimed the fee was due because the course is “downloadable content” and that I had "accessed it." I did not download anything — they simply linked me to a website. Later, they claimed the fee was due because I logged in to the service and refused to contact the finance partner to cancel unless it was paid. Everyone would agree this is ridiculous.
I reiterate: do not under any circumstances engage with this company.

I came across an ad for the course on instagram and was a little bit unsure of what it entailed, the fantastic Emily called me and made everything understandable and let you know the different pathways the courses could lead to, she is a credit to the company and I went from being unsure about the course to definitely wanting to book.

The experience stood out because of the excellent support and clear communication throughout. The guidance I received made the process easy to understand and gave me real confidence moving forward and very understanding of my situation.
Good Initial Process
My first day of officially starts the course. The initial process starts with Jack was a fast turn around on everything they want from me and the update feedback on what else I need to do. There was no messing around, no time wasted from Jack. He had a good subject knowledge of the procedures I have to follow to claim my ELCAS been a recent retired soldier. It was a quick turn around. I had to apply for some additional finance, the first one was rejected, but he reassured me for another one and again the process was quick, no hanging around. To me that is a very good indication that Robust IT is a professional company. You know they says, " the first impressions is how you can determine what kind of person or group you dealing with. Jack took me through everything from the initial stage, email after email and then phone calls, text messages, Watts App. It's just gave me that reassurance. The follow up call from Sean just harmonise everything. Sean was calm professional and reassurance explained in detail the help that is available 24/7 from helpline contact detail, email address etc. Im looking forwardto this journey and keen to get it done sooner. I trust that when the journey starts every help I need will be supported.

It’s been a brilliant experience. The classes with Admire and one to one support was good. Very thorough labs training and mock exams and good support from Sean. I think I am confident to try the first exam az-900 azure web fundamentals at end of the month.
