I have been a very loyal customer of yours for last 10 years and my family has spent heavily with your company. My last purchase July 2026 amounted to £26000 and was business done over the phone looking at your ex . Stock . There was a simple request to change the order by reducing the dinning chairs from 8 to 6 . This was refused. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I do not think I and my family will shop at your shop . There are plenty of fish in the sea and times are tough and you need loyalty. We did plan to look around before making a decision to purchase our new sofa. It was our first time walking in Roche Bobois showroom in Basel. Orlinda warmly welcomed us and let us get comfortable with different piece of seatings. She answered all of our questions and showed us different options. Luc was also helpful in creating personalized visualization to finalize our choices. We then knew we didn’t have to look any further. The Intemporal was going to be a new addition to our home … and for a long time to come because of the after-sale service. We value the possibility to refresh our sofa whenever we want in the future.
The delivery was arranged smoothly. And the technicians polite and efficient. After enjoying our new sofa for a while we noticed the cushion was not to our preference. Orlinda promptly put us in touch with the after-sale service. Although it took several weeks, I am pleased that Odilia effectively resolved our issue plus additional request. We are now looking forward to receiving the additional cushions installation for our lovely sofa in a few weeks.
We thank the entire team at Roche Bobois. You each have made a pleasant experience for us in creating our relaxing space!

I would give a zero for customer…
I would give a zero for customer service if I could. Bought both desk and a floor lamp from Roche Bobois at a sale. Both items were delivered with serious electrical malfunctions. I was told that since these were sale items, I could not return them and they would not repair them. They offered to send me parts at outrageously high prices with no guarantee that they would fix the defects. Stay away from this company. They sell expensive junk and provide absolutely no service for their products. I have contacted the state with a complaint against the store, but that has yet to have any effect on this store. Store staff speak sweetly until they make a sale. After they make a sale, you only get rudeness and disdain.
