The reason I’m giving 3 stars is the item purchase did not come with batteries. It would have been nice to know when I bought it so I could have ordered batteries. I had to wait another week before I could use it

Hi Donna,

I just pulled up your order and your order was for a Nautilus Tank and an Aspire K3 Starter Kit. The Starter kit does have a built-in battery so I'm a little confused by the review. I don't see any other orders from you so I'm not sure what you ordered from us that needed a battery. Is this review for a different order from another vendor perhaps?

I didn't purchase with rock bottom…

I didn't purchase with rock bottom vapes. I looked at an item, that's it. Why I am still getting e-mails from them after simply browsing their shop is beyond me.

UPDATE: This purchase was not rejected by my credit card processor. I never entered my credit card information and never moved forward with attempting to purchase anything. So, thanks for including some false information in your reply!

Our apologies for the erroneous review request. You got the email from Trustpilot as you attempted a purchase on 12/19 which for which the charge was declined by the credit card processor. Unfortunately Trustpilot's integration with our sales platform cannot discern between a attempted but failed purchase and a completed one.

Highly recommended!

I ordered myself a new vape kit (aspire k3) the price was a lot more reasonable than I could find anywhere! I ordered on a Tuesday and I received on Saturday, right before Christmas. Thank you for offering quality products at a very reasonable cost.
