I pulled up the specific order this review as for and see that you placed the order on December 3rd for delivery via USPS First Class Mail. Your order shipped on December 4th and was delivered on December 13th which is 4 days behind their average delivery time. Unfortunately USPS is not a guaranteed delivery time service and especially during this time of year they tend to run behind. I did pull up your history and according to our systems every order you've placed has been delivered.
