Excellent service as always! Some suppliers are slow at the moment, but ROHO (Kieran) always go out of there way for you. Got onto aqualung and got me an immediate delivery and an free upgrade.

I've bought a lot of gear from these as they're round the corner from where I work (dangerous on the wallet, although decent enough prices). I find them competitive when I consider the advice I always receive when buying items.
I've been talked out of more expensive items by not just the staff but the owner as well, when they pointed out that they would rather sell me the more expensive items once I'm a more proficient windsurfer and as I'm a newbie I will do just as well and in fact get years of service from the more budget friendly items.
So far I've bought winter wetsuit and boots, downhaul cord, helmet, buoyancy aid, several DVDs, waterproof phone pouch, UJ, summer shortie and summer wettie shoes and I expect to get a harness tonight and perhaps a replacement screw plug for my Starboard Express if they do them (they seem to do everything you need). I'll be a customer as long as I receive the great advice from them and their prices remain reasonable.

Another excellent example of how a retailer should work! I ordered a pair of Palm Descender boots but the computer hiccuped and my size wasn't available once the order was in. I was immediately contacted by Joe who offered different boot, the Palm Paw. Once I confirmed the choice they were immediately dispatched and arrived very quickly after that. I am actually glad that the ones I wanted were not available as the Paw boots are more like what I needed.
Great service, excellent staff and really good communications make RoHo the place to go.

Great service and comms. Ordered Robson Fluid full carbon white water paddle and arrived within 2 days. Kept informed of order status all along the way. Paddle arrived well packed, fantastic product at brillaint price. Highly recommend the team at Robin Hood.

ROHO Are quite simply amazing. Not only are they the No1 suppliers of all thing Scuba and Watersports their customer service is second to none. They really can’t do enough for their customers whether it’s advice, guidance or just plain good old fashioned manners, customer service and civility.

Big thank you especially to Jackquiiline for all her help with my dry suit repair and advice in relation to equipment I need. Also the air refills and dry suit borrow.

Had a session in the pool today with Joe learning how to roll my kayak. Really happy with how it went, Joe the instructor is a really nice guy with bucket loads of patience creating a really stress free learning experience.
I’ve never rolled a kayak before and Joe had me rolling unaided on my first lesson. Yes I need to practice and yes I need to do it in the real world on a river but can’t stress how happy I am having made so much progress on my first lesson.

Easy to find the product I needed (replacement fin for Aquaglide kayak). Packaging was great and DHL tracking timely. Great service and personalised customer service communications.

Fantastic helmet and Fantastic Customer Service!

I found Robin Hood Watersports as a listed retailer of Smiths Helmets, however they sell a wide range of quality and affordable outdoor sports equipment.

Soon after I placed my order I was contacted by Robin Hood's customer service team to say that the helmet was dispatched using DHLs 1/2 day service. The helmet arrived the next day.

Unfortunately, the helment I ordered (size M) was slightly too small. This was my own fault, I measured my head and picked the wrong size.

Fortunately, Robin Hood watersports had the next size up, so I was able to exchange this for the next size up which again arrived next day!

I will 100% be using Robin Hood Watersports again!

Recently made a online purchase for a bcd jacket and a wetsuit shorty. Was dispatched within that day ( great stuff). However, there was a hiccup with the delivery, I immediately contacted Robin Hood Watersports and they were only too happy to help and sorted the issue out for me. Big thank you for Lindsey, I received my items and over the moon with them. Highly recommended.

I placed an order for a skiing helmet that would be delivered within 5-7 days. It wasn't. The order is still listed as "Processing". I then decided to cancel the other, but three days later I was charged the full amount for the helmet despite still not having received it – and the order is still listed as "Processing". I really don't want this helmet anymore. I've contacted you through several channels, but nothing happens. Needless to say I'm not massively impressed.

Good choice of products, and always reasonably priced. Very easy to navigate through the website, RoHo is my go to online store for snowboarding and waterskiing gear, and has been for years. A great outfit.

What a fantastic place! We called at the shop to try on a couple of wetsuits, Ben who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful and even showed us the correct way to put a wetsuit on without using the white gloves and without the battle!!! The idea of purchasing a wetsuit that fits was daunting but Ben was amazing. We even decided to sign up for a scuba diving course. Would highly recommend and thank you Ben!

Incredible Customer Service

Can't fault the team at RH Watersports at all - they were incredibly helpful in confirming stock (even when they were closed) and getting a delivery of new snowboard boots and gloves out to me in less than 48 hours. Will just come here first in future for any of my snowboard needs.

Always extremely helpful and the shop itself is well stocked. Highly recommend!
