Solid Company, Solid Products
Solid products that I really enjoy using. Build quality feels good and premium. That variety of cables for different situations and use cases is great. The only thing that wasn't the best was the wait time for getting the product, as the delays meant I did not have the cables in time for a big trip. But, this was a kickstarter, and I understand the nature of these things. I would prefer to get them later and of high quality than sooner and of poor quality, so I appreciate that.

In my experience, their products never arrive!
The choose logistics partner is absolutely incapable of preparing a simple invoice that would be accepted by customs (despite my precise instruction).
After two refusals, I've asked that they either ship by a trusted parcel or refund me, and they insist on using the same incompetent one.
Now, August 26, I'll have to wait another 20/30 days until the (very likely) refusal of something they promised to deliver February!
And this is not the first time: they definitively are unable to deliver and are unwilling to refund, even with the issue escalated, what tells me that the disregard for their clients is systemic.
In the e-mail they refer to in the reply was filled only with false excuses and further postponements on doing what they should have done already!
It's clear for me that this is their M.O.

A Promise to Consumers
This is the only company holding a promise for a cable to last nowadays, I've been using this cable for 2 months almost, I'm horrible with the way I use my cables so they usually only last me about 2 weeks before they start breaking, this cable doesn't even have a scratch on it.
