Horrible communication skills, lack of respect for backers. incredible frustration to support them, entirely different than pledging and how you are treated.

They can't even tell you when their stupid survey is ready, and they blatantly lie to you with "we lack the few small things before it is ready" and then you see them repeat the same messages over months of time.

If this was an actual business, everyone deserved to be fired for being ineffective and lazy about it, i could make a survey in a single afternoon, it can't be harder. The communication is b.s. you are constantly lied to.

They even updated their last campaign that surveys would go out end of month, and here we are.. Where is it? oh it's ready once they fix the final few things.

Seriously man. we are hitting july, when i go on vacation i go on vacation, what do you mean you will start shipping start of august, and yet to send a survey for address etc.

i'm not gonna stress about filling a survey when i go on vacation, and im still expecting you to deliver it to me start of august, as you so claim.

so i've no clue what kind of an 2 digit low iq runs this show thinking it's fair to deny our ability to fill a survey before vacation period. Get on a plane, find me irl and i'll tell you my shipping address if you can't send out your surveys in time.

Honestly i'm so close to ask for cancel of my pledge, it's seriously insane.

Well, the unit is what I expected. And was very easy to install and operating as design. 👌

Nicely designed adapter cord that shipped quickly. The design is clever and prevents the loss of small plug types! I needed the adapter because I needed a USB-C to Lightning to accommodate a new power bank, but being able to go from USB-A to Lightning/USB-C with the same cord is very convenient. It should prove useful for an upcoming trip to Europe.

The cables are high quality, solid, well made, with precise connectors and dimensions. I was expecting them to be thinner, but I got used to them immediately. I am using them for a few days now and I am quite happy with them! Aaa, and the orange LED is so cool.

*Revised Review*. I received my Tau 2 power bank on the same day that I wrote this review. (Please see below). After reaching out to customer support at Rolling Square - chat and email - I received an eventual response from chat and an almost immediate response from my email. I was attempting to find updated tracking information because the original tracking gave an error message. This all transpired about two weeks after I placed my order. The email was courteous, professional, and provided some updated information regarding the whereabouts of my power bank; the chat eventually provided a viable tracking link that stated that my item was out for delivery. Sure enough, the package arrived about 3 hours later.

I charged it fully right away and then plugged it into my iPhone 17 pro. The phone went from 44 to 70% in ~ 1 hour. This was what I had hoped for - a slow emergency charge from the smallest power bank I now own. I give it 5 stars for design and execution/utility and also 5 stars to the person at the other end of the email who did the company proud. I dock one star due to the vague or non-existent tracking that made the company contact necessary. I don't recall seeing that the item would ship from China on the product/company webpage but if better tracking was in play, this would have been a 5 star transaction.

Have one product, purchased through amazon that is well-designed and works as it should. Attempted to order another product, this time through the rolling square website. Did not realize that it would come from China. My mistake. Shipping seemed slow at first, then the tracking number became non-existent. Have not received any notice even though this occurred almost a month ago. Beware of direct transactions through this company. Chinese tracking and shipping isn't up to world-wide standards.

Very good product, and high quality. Since this was a Kickstarter campaign, I knew there was going to be delays, but on these campaigns I just "set it and forget it " and would rather have quality products than quantity.

Exactly as advertised, very happy to have been one of the first to receive the full pack and the purse. All looks good, it is great to have lifetime guarantee for these products, hope I'll never have to resort to it!

I bought the Airnotch pro approximately 8 months ago and it's been worth it's weight in gold however it recently stopped pairing with my phone. I contacted Rolling Square and they provided very prompt technical assistance however it still wouldn't work. Within 48 hours I'd received a brand new replacement. Amazing product and awesome service. Thanks guys! Keep doing what you're doing.

Before even opening, the packaging was amazing yet environmentally sustainable. The cables are all well thought out and durable. The LED light indicates a well connected flow. The orange stands out and is great for travel. With the extenders, i can use for long reaches but still have more compact, when desired. The travel pouch was a nice addition for carry on of selected cables.The sturdy luggage strap will be helpful to replace the less durable straps.
