Everything was great, packaged great, great delivery. Products appear top notch, very well made. Very pleased.

So amazing. I ordered the tau 2 and got the incharge x for free as a birthday gift. They also threw in a premium lanyard which I didn’t see on the receipt so it was a great surprise when I got my package. I paid for 1-3 day shipping but got it after a week due to large quantities of orders placed and slow shipping services. The thing that shifted this review from a three star to a five was the customer support. They were so incredibly kind and attentive, responding within minutes or even seconds with so much information and always wishing me luck. The best part was that they reached out to me after my order arrived! I’ve never had that happen and it felt so good having them personally tell me that they saw my package arrive and had to reach out. Definitely order from them. They pay so much attention to detail when making their products and the entire experience made me feel happy and loved

I really cannot heap enough praise on Rolling Square for products, design and innovation, which is why they remain my go to company for the products I need.

Fast delivery, good quality

No complaints about the delivery. The three devices all worked as promised. I was able to connect to my Google Pixel and an Apple iPhone without any difficulty. The devices met the descriptions perfectly. The free gift was definitely appreciated and is something I will be using daily, thank you.

Arrived swiftly and in good condition. The charging adapter and USB doohickies I got all feel hefty and durable. Very lovely, I wish I could easily provide an update in a few years, but I suppose it wouldn't be relevant anymore at that point.

Disappointing for overseas delivery. Booked on 1/5. Till date still haven’t receive the goods. Keep asking me to review..

Rolling square were clearly interested in my issue and sought to resolve it in a pragmatic way. They were responsive and as a customer they cared. So quite clearly in my view and great Company to do business with as they ‘listen’ to the customers.

delivery was quite long as it travelled from CN. However product is as described, producing enough power from 70g box

Received the Rolling Square edge as a gift.

After installing the edge plate to my laptop, and attaching my iphone to my laptop, the laptop screen keeps falling open when I attach my phone (because of the weight of the phone)
I also do not see the use for this "gadget". For me it is a device without purpose/ added value.

The best part? They say that the plate "easily comes of"...but is does not. So now I have an ugly plate on my laptop that cannot be removed.

Bummer

Rolling square has products which are perfection and unavailable elsewhere.

Had an issue with a product and I was immediately helped by customer service and received a wrong replacement by mistake that they let me keep as well as the right product sent to me right afterwards!

I don’t know why companies do this. I have been waiting for this package for a while and it is still yet to arrive. I’m patiently waiting but it really winds me up when their automations send me a request to review their product before it has been delivered.
I’ll update this if and when this finally arrives.

A few months ago I bought the air notch, in the beginning the device worked fine.

A few days ago I got the message that the batteries had to be replaced as they were empty. When replacing the batteries the problems started the problems and the device went flat dead.

So I reached out to Rolling Square and in no time Irene reverted with a manual. So I tried it again and after 25 minutes and 4 brand new batteries the device stayed dead.

So reached out again to Rolling Square and Irene requested to make a video of the batteries replacement. However for me a bridge too far and a waiste of time especially of my irritation of the time lost by double attempts to replace.

Rolling Square offered to resend a new air notch but needless to say that my trust in the device was completely gone so and declined the offer. I can only work with material on which I can fully rely on and what is trustworthy 2 important criteria I’m unfortunately missing with the air notch.

Then I received a message from Rolling Square to thank me for my honest feedback and understand my decision. Oh yeah and hoping on a new opportunity end of message. This was for them the easiest solution but not persé the most elegant solution from a customers perspective and certainly not what Swiss quality stands for !

My current perception of Rolling Square is absolutely not wow. And I’m petrofied as I signed in for the Rolling Square super tiny 100W charger that will be delivered early July. If this will be of the air notch quality then I will cheated twice by Rolling Square. So let’s cross fingers I might be wrong but currently a very disappointed customer

I HAD SOMEWHAT BAD LUCK WITH MY AIR NOTCH (THIS CAN HAPPEN) BUT LOOKING FORWARD TO MY SUPER TINY 100W CHARGER AND SO HAVE CORRECTED FROM A 2 TO A 4 STAR REVIEW (SORRY FOR USING CAPS BUT THIS TO SHOW TO POTENTIAL READERS THE JOURNEY WE WENT THROUGH AND THAT IN A VERY POSITIVE WAY MERCI/DANKE/GRAZIE 🙏)

I purchased all the cables from the inCharge XL series directly from the Rolling Square website, and at this price point I expected reliability and solid build quality. Unfortunately, each of the three cables I received has a different issue.

The 2‑meter cable disconnects the USB‑A to USB‑C connection with very little force. The 30‑centimeter cable loses connection during data transfer and charging — even a slight movement of the connected devices causes it to stop charging and drop the data link. The overall quality of the connectors is also disappointing and far below what I expected.

Considering the brand’s reputation and the premium pricing, this experience has been very underwhelming.

However, despite the poor cable quality, I did test the 65W GaN supertiny charger - and this one genuinely impressed me. For its size, it's extremely powerful, and all my tests showed that it performs on par with standard laptop chargers that are three times larger.

EDIT: After contacting the Rolling Square team, I received answers and help regarding my case. I was treated professionally and my issue was resolved quickly. I will definitely return to rolling square site for other products.

Shipped quickly, seems like high quality product. I have slapped on my iPad Pro to hold my phone. Magnet is strong, love that it comes with another magnet for non-MagSafe devices. Curious if it works on gym equipment? Haven’t tried it yet.

Would recommend

About the only decent quality "charge anything, from anything" cable out there. Would love something a bit longer than a foot - airplane seatback and still use the device length! Maybe retractable or coil.

I received the wrong items and sent pictures of it as proof, when I than asked them to return it or receive at least a discount on the next order it wouldn’t be possible. They will never receive an order again from me!
