My experience with Roomlala was horrible, AT BEST! Their customer service is practically non-existent. Please save yourself the anger and countless emails and use another company. ANY other company.

Great Experience!
For all the Anglophiles out there, I could not recommend this place enough: your own furnished room and shower next door, and the address is just down the street from Champs-Elysees and anything you may need. The family is very kind and accommodating! No contract or paperwork needed.

What a cracker!
Roomlala is a thoroughly reliable site without which I would have been homeless on the streets of Lille! I experienced excellent customer service (I spoke to a charming and hugely helpful English lady called Harriet) and as a result I have had a completely hassle-free renting experience. Thank you Roomlala!

A wonderful trip in Paris
I really enjoyed my vacation in this studio. It was clean and pretty with all things required to have a pleasant experience in Paris! Also, it is worth noting that the studio is well located and close to the subway. Émile, the owner is honest and flexible. I sincerely recommend this studio to travelers!

So pittoresque!
Emilie's apartment is neatly equipped, in a calm residential part of the city, well situated within a 2 minutes walk to the Métro, to restaurants and shops.
It is very clean and has a typical French balcony enabling you to take your "apéritif" outside in this picturesque city.

Good customer service

Used Roomlala to go to London
A friend of mine talked to me about Roomlala - never heard of it before. Had an internship to do in London so used the site which is pretty well known in France (I’m French). Peer-to-peer room rental is a great way to discover another culture. I was housesharing with a family in Wimbledon. The room was furnished and I had everything I needed. I’ve used the site again a year later for an internship in Paris!

Reassuring
I used the website as I needed to find a place to live in NYC - carried out a 6 months internship there. Roomlala allowed me to find a rental pretty quickly. I was reassured by the fact that the landlord would only receive the money 48 hours after my arrival, Roomlala was holding the money in case there was any problem. Everything went smoothly so can only recommend it today!

Great site !
I used Roomlala to book a flat for my trip to Barcelona. I found the site easy to use. I had to phone the customer service to help me with a credit card problem and they were really helpful. Would definitely use the site again in the future.

Good website !
I've booked a flat on Roomlala for my sister who was sitting exams in Paris.(She lives in French Guiana )
The flat was bright and very clean. She was able to study in a quiet environment, which was the main thing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in France or abroad

Cute apartment in Paris
For a weekend trip I booked an apartment in Paris over the website - and can just recommend it as it is cheaper than the hotels ! Furthermore I was really lucky with the apartment and the host - in total it was a great stay and easy to book. Would definitely do it again.
