Replacement brake pads ordered on the Saturday the week before they were required - allowing 5 working days for delivery - Royal Mail (not regal by any extent) sent messages from the Wednesday / Thursday / Friday saying they had the consignment in hand but had not been able to deliver : Roughtrax 4 x 4 had completed their Side of the bargain but badly let down by Royal Mail - result is that I will have to go 30 miles to Autofactors to get replacement pads in time for car’s Mot on Monday - Roughtrax please remove Royal Mail from your delivery options - THEY ARE DAMAGING YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION

We are sorry to hear that you had such a terrible experience with Royal Mail. We will pass on your feedback to them. Some areas seem to get better service from them than others.
We offer the £4.50 service as it's the cheapest option for people not in a hurry for small items such as seals etc. I would always advise selecting the £6.99 courier option in future as tracking is better too.
