Easy and Efficient
I recently ordered a service kit online from RoughTrax 4X4. The order arrived very quickly, was well-packaged, and was handed to me directly, rather than being left outside like many delivery companies tend to do.
I haven’t used the kit yet, but I’m confident it will be great since they’re genuine Toyota parts.

Wrong parts
Parcel turn up when said , but what was inside was not my order , the box size , made me think that the wiper blades were coming later , but no , telephone conversation then took place , 5 days later the correct parts turn up

Having used Roughtrax for many years, I have always found the staff knowledgeable when I had a querie, the dispatch and delivery of my goods swift and prices keen.
