Fantastic company
Precision model engineering and fantastic support and customer service. Roundhouse locos really are an investment and pay out joy over decades. I am fortunate enough to own three live steam locomotives and have just bought a Katie kit.

Everything about my interactions with Roundhouse Engineering over the years has been excellent. Their prices, communication, response times, pre and after sales service. No question is too trivial and they will go out of their way to help out a customer.

The best after sales service I have ever had…
I damaged my Jennie loco while adding the combination link upgrade. i contacted Roundhouse and they sorted it for me. Words can’t say just how helpful the team at Roundhouse are. Based purely on their after sales service I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a 16mm/G45 steam loco.

Roundhouse products are superb and the staff are fantastic. If you need help, support, parts or whatever I found that they couldn’t be more accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. I have four of their locos and wouldn’t hesitate purchasing another.

Roundhouse can pride itself on it's customer service, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are very happy to spend time answering questions to help out potential and existing customers. Can honestly say I don't think I've ever bought anything from any company that came close to the care and dedication of the RH staff
