Terrible customer service:
Terrible customer service:
My order was shipped to the wrong address, and my package kept by the resident.
I asked for a refund of $114.48 three times over a series of emails and kept getting redirected. When I said I was going to take it up with PayPal as a dispute, Routinecos immediately cut off correspondence.
PayPal ruled in Routinecos favor because Routine told PayPal that the package was marked delivered — yes, extorted my money for goods I never received !
They had no interest in making it right.
I have been using the rosehip shampoo…
I have been using the rosehip shampoo and conditioner, for about 4 months. I love the smell of the shampoo. My hair is more healthy, but its still thin at the side but not worst or better, so im going to continue using for a year and see what happens I think it may be a bit too early for me to really give an honest opinion, which is why I gave this rating,
When routine wellness first came out it had excellent reviews, that why I decided to try it, there are many other products on the market. I was suprise to see the poor ratings for routine wellnes and it does not come cheap, and can be very upsetting if you are experience hair lost and thining and still paying so much money
MADE MY SHEDDING MUCH WORSE
Did absolutely nothing for my hair. It made my shedding worse. It also made my hair dry, which isn't an issue I've ever had. The coconut and vanilla basically smells of nothing. My hair smelt dirty after washing. The reminder for your next delivery will likely go i to your spam box and the offer of an exchange or refund is at your own expense. The advertising on Facebook is craftilly done and, in my opinion, at lot of the glowing comments on Facebook come from spam accounts.
Not happy as website states 30 day free…
Not happy as website states 30 day free returns, it’s not until you delve into the return policy which then states if the the US. For me, a customer in the UK it will cost upwards of £20! Given that my shampoo and conditioner took so long to arrive, I bought alternative products thinking I could return them. On this occasion it’s just not worth it and I want other people to be aware of this and not make the same mistake as me!
As a result I contacted the company and their response has led me to give a one star review.
70% More Shedding
In the six weeks that I have been using this product my hair shedding has increased by about 70%. The scent is lovely, but I now have far less hair than I had when I started using the products.

I try RoutineCos products after my friend suggest it. Website simple and easy to order from. I buy one face care item to test and honestly product feel good on skin. Not heavy and smell also light which I like. After some days my skin feel more fresh and clean. Packaging also neat and product arrive safely. I think it good option for daily skincare routine.
Simple products and nice daily routine care
To prepare the daily routine, I place few orders with RoutineCos to test the skincare products. Initially I was not looking forward to much but products do feel good on skin. Light, but not heavy, as I prefer. Packaging also clean and easy. It is delivered with few days but safe. My skin did feel fresher and more well-balanced after some time. Not magic product, but work good when ordinary.
Amazing product. Love it.
Love this product. Smells wonderful and adds instant thickness to my hair.
Not for my hair type
I have 3B/C hair and I don’t really think the shampoo is for my hair type.
I’ve been using this for the past 4 weeks, washing twice a week.
It makes my hair squeaky dry and tangles it almost root to ends. It also takes 16 pumps to get enough shampoo for my hair thickness and length.
The conditioner is nice, but it is a very small bottle for the price and it takes A LOT to be able to comb it thru and detangle my hair after the damage the shampoo has done.
Because of the tangling, I lose way more hair than I do with any other shampoo/conditioner combo I’ve purchased. I’m definitely canceling my subscription. If I feel like I want the conditioner for some reason, I’ll just get it on Amazon
I must have ticked the box for them to…
I must have ticked the box for them to send me shampoo and conditioner 6 months later. Mine arrived and l hadn't used 1/3 of mine. It would have cost me nearly $30 aud to send back. Not happy after spending $80 for something l didn't need. They won't pay for shipping.
Not worth the hype
I ordered this as my husband lost a lot of hair following radiotherapy and I she'd a lot of hair on my brushes.
It's expensive but I felt it would be worth it. However my husband's hair recovered well but as he uses any old shampoo half the time I can't say that it was due to this brand. Meanwhile I'm still losing loads of hair despite getting through 2 bottles and using it religiously.
To add insult to injury I cancelled my subscription a few days ago but got an email gushing over how they'd packed my latest order, which is now en route! I'm really extremely unhappy about this and suggested they send a returns label, but I won't hold my breath...
A Product That Respects My Hair
Im 43 and just felt my hair was thinning. I am on my 3rd month of this shampoo and have noticed lots of new hair sticking up and poking out. Also, my hair feels so light after using unlike other shampoos.
I do not write many reviews
I do not write many reviews, yet this Routine shampoo actually left a pleasantly surprising impression on me. Since the first application, my hair felt clean, soft, and obviously fuller. It did not make my hair dry and heavy as it did volume.
It is the smell that truly caught my eye. It smells fantastic and, in fact, it retains its odor throughout the entire wash process. I continued to hear some suggestions of it all day, so my hair felt freshly washed several hours afterwards.
My hair appears healthier and is more bodily than it has been long enough. I have used numerous shampoos but this is the first one that really has made a difference in a long time.
Hair that feels worth showing off
Using both the shampoo and conditioner for around 6 months. My hair is starting to feel like it did many years ago. Some volume back and definitely less frizz and more shine. I will keep using this product.
I have actually been shedding more hair…
I have actually been shedding more hair consistently since using this product. It advertises as stopping hair loss, but mine got worse.
Made my hair fall out
Made my hair fall out! AWFUL PRODUCT, complete waste of bloody money.
Disgusted with advertising and customer ‘support’
I’m battling cancer and Crohn’s disease. I mention this because I have a very uncertain future which is why I would never, ever knowingly sign up for a product I may not be around to use, and nor am I short in the brains dept! I My hair has been battered by both illnesses and medications and when this ad appeared on Facebook, I thought why not? as there was an offer on and I bought some. As far as I was concerned, that was the end of it. I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 of conditioner and had hardly made a dent in these when another box of Routine products landed on my doorstep - no knock, no notification - it could’ve been stolen and I would’ve been none the wiser….until the next unexpected box turned up! I immediately contacted my bank and asked them to ensure that payment did not leave my account, but it already had a number of days ago. Of course I ‘unsubscribed’ immediately and got in touch with Routine. I will mention the one positive in all of this and that is the replies were prompt. Given that Tara Roberts told me I only had 7 days to return the products (which was incorrect given that I have protection afforded me by the consumers act in the United Kingdom), I corrected her on this which is just as well because it has taken over 7 days just to try to get to the bottom of the facts as nearly as I can work out. I could not understand how I had accidentally subscribed given that I had had my fingers burned some years ago and have been ultra cautious ever since. I have just seen, I believe, the same page I ‘subscribed’ on and I now know why they may get so many complaints from ‘subscribers’ who did not believe that they signed up for anything other than a one off order. Possibly, like me, they thought they were subscribing to future emails, promotions and communications from this company, as underneath there was no other information or explanation to the wording in the box which stated I SUBSCRIBE. When I wrote to Tara, I was very angry at being misled, which is how I saw it, and suggested that there should be a sentence in bold type (so it could not be missed) telling the customer exactly what they were signing up to. I doubt my advice will be taken but Tara saw fit to put a very uncomplicated sentence in her reply in bold print which was just a patronising and tacky thing to do.
I was taught young that you don’t have to tell lies to have the intention to deceive. I’d done my homework and I knew I could possibly successfully fight this despite the masses of small print that this company has in place to cover themselves against all their angry customers, but sadly I feel I’m just not up to the fight. I gave it my best shot in the hope of receiving some small token or acknowledgement of the situation I find myself in, but no chance! I know I’m not a charity but a gesture of goodwill would have made such a difference. Time is too valuable to allow myself to become upset and frustrated any more over this.
It costs £60, almost the exact cost of the products, to return the box to Texas from the UK, and in an effort to make me feel better about the lack of sympathy, decency and respect I experienced dealing with this company, I’ve thrown in the towel and sent £60 instead to a charity feeding abandoned dogs in war torn areas. No sign unfortunately of the shampoo & conditioner working yet but I’ve only been using them about 6 weeks.
I don’t believe I’ve been lied to about company policy but I failed to obtain any direct responses to some pertinent queries - proof that I had indeed signed up, not once but twice apparently; proof that I had arranged a date for repeat deliveries of these(???), and I certainly received no proof that I had received correspondence regarding the imminent arrival of goods. I don’t use my iCloud for communication and anyway it has been full for a while. I paid for more storage and immediately went into it to see if there was anything from them or pending, but there wasn’t. I believe their advertising layout (which apparently is a common model for companies according to Tara, so beware!) is designed in such a way that it is very easy to misunderstand what exactly you are ticking. Who reads small print when you are comfortable that you have signed up for one delivery? Nor does it matter that they don’t pay return postage on your second ‘order’ if you’re outside the USA!
Initially I mentioned to Tara that perhaps in my anxiety to get hold of a treatment which might help my hair, I was perhaps careless when filling in their form; however, having seen that page again now I am relieved that I had not completely taken leave of my senses! Tara talked about transparency but the only thing that is transparent to me is that advertising will NEVER be transparent! Happy shopping folks & my advice is stick to what you can buy in your own shops and support your local community & economy! Wish I had!
The routine wellness assisted in…
The routine wellness assisted in reinstating volume in my thin zones. I can watch hair grow gradually along my part and there is a lot less shedding on my brush. The franchisee shine and less frizz make my hair appear more polished.
Among the largest changes that have…
Among the largest changes that have happened to me is less shedding after washing. routine wellness enhances growth of hair and increases shine of hair.
My hair also has fewer frizzes and it is smoother, thus making it easier to style.
Beware of unauthorized transactions by the company for products you didn’t order
I was very excited to try this product however I had an immediate negative experience with this company when they charged me for a product that I never authorized a purchase for. I purchased shampoo and only shampoo, but then all of a sudden they added on a serum and charged me for it without me authorizing the transaction. Because of this, I decided to return everything and get my money back. It took 6 days to process a refund. Routine wellness if you’re reading this, you should really work on more ethical business practices. Eventually, you’re gonna lose more customers by being deceitful. It’s disappointing that you feel you have take money from people for products that they never even ordered and then act like you’re doing them a favor by allowing them to return it. Thank you for that.
