Flags arrived without sticks
Flags arrived without sticks...My request for sticks to be sent was declined.. & after a ridiculously long winded obtuse swap of emails it was suggested I return the flags to Germany from the UK... they would refund the purchase price and I should then order flags with sticks... All this instead of them just sending sticks. Unbelievable. I went and bought some sticks locally.

Reply from Royal-Flags.com
Dear Dave. You have ordered Satin Flags 6x9". These flags are shipped without sticks. We even don't offer suiteable sticks for this type of flag. The only way to order this type of flag attached to a flagpole, is to order a satin table flag. This flagpole can't be used separately without a base, because the flagpole needs to be fixed with a screw to the base. We also offer hand waving flags which are shipped with a stick. We have sent you 3 emails and recommended a return for a full refund and to place a second order. Thank you.
