I ordered a flowerpot and received the wrong color. Called the customer service, for the return and they said I have to pay for the shipping costs of 29€. That is way too much! Very disappointed, will not order from this shop anymore.

BE AWARE:

I bought a shelf and other objects from royal design. The self was totally different colour then in the pictures online. It is still considered as the customers fault, and you have to pay the shipping fees to return the object (29-99 euros)!

Other stuff resembled the pictures.

So be very careful ordering from Royal Design.

Ordered a kettle, and three weeks later, no kettle. Emailed them, and one week later, no response other than an automated reply to call them if you want to cancel your order.

This is some drop shipping fake online store kinda deal, no one’s actually there.

Edit to add: if you look at their response, there’s no effort to help cancel the order, and a confirmation that they are indeed a drop-shipping company that doesn’t actually have anything, and doesn’t make cancellations easy at all.

The customer service sucks. They took 1 month to handle my return and it's still ongoing. They don't answer my emails and make mistakes about everything. The package, returned wrong amount of money of my return. This is the worst place. Never ordering anything from them again!

Absolutely a scam. The delivery arrived over eight days late, with no support or information provided by Royal Design / Room21. Their 'Customer Services' seems non-existent, relying solely on automated AI scripts. Essentially, this 'store' appears to be a poorly executed drop-shipping operation. I advise staying as far away as possible and spending your money at a more legitimate online store

Competitively priced designer brands that are quickly delivered! Great value and well packed so even the most delicate glassware arrived in one piece.

Long delivery time. On Webpage you estimated 2-3 weeks but it turned out to be 3 MONTHS

The glass I ordered was just perfect and well packed. Also all other things that I have bought were well packed and fine.

Easy online purchase. Meticulously packed delivery of the ordered goods. Could not be happier. Definite recommendation!

The color of the item did not meet my expectations, and thus I did not wish to keep the item. However, the order value was only 36 eur and the package was small, and still I had to pay 9 eur for returning the item! It is not clearly stated on Royal Design webpage that returning even a small package costs 9 eur (on the return information page the price for returning an item is not mentioned at all). It definitely should be clearly and openly stated that it costs a lot to return! Very disappointed and not ordering again!

Delivery was fast. I’m happy with the product i received.
