Established in 1991, we have become known worldwide for our excellent whisky range at our home here on the Royal Mile opposite St Giles Cathedral. Our friendly and knowledgeable team have between them more than 100 year's experience helping people get the best bottle. Online Vs in shop price on lower price whisky.
Your staff were excellent and explained the market forces behind this well, but is was a little disappointeing to find there was a £5 difference between the on line and in shop price of the Thompson brothers srv 5, as it is more than a 10% difference. Anyway I bought other bottles with little to no difference between online and in shop and was satisfied with my overall experience. Maybe for relatively low price bottles like this, the difference could be less pronounced? A fivers difference on higher priced whiskies doesn't seem as stark? Slainte!
