Royal Oak Tree Services have just completed the removal of two trees from our property. They arrived at the time they said they would arrive and got to work immediately. They were very professional and all their work was done safely and with care to not damage anything around the work area.

Royal Oak have just completed the removal of a large ash tree and significant reduction of a further eight trees in our garden. They worked well as a team and cleared up very well afterwards. They were the ultimate professionals and not as expensive as others offering a similar service. Highly recommended.

I had used this company previously in another property and when I moved I had no hesitation in contacting them again. I had a quote for the work of £840. I asked what it would entail and how long it would take. I was advised it would take two people one and a half days or three people one day. On the day two people arrived and completed the work in 7 hours. When I queried the quote and the time it should have taken I was told they do not know what they are going to find?
I was charged the full price of £840 for two men who were here 7 hours. The work was decidedly average and some neighbours said from their end the company had done a poor job. I feel completely let down and will never use this company again.
