Ordered on 7th of october, parts were in stock, did not get anything yet, phone number is disconnected, communication is almost inexistent, i asked for a refund 10 days ago, got a message 3 days ago that they shipped but did not get any awb tracking, just a message that i should check LaPoste.... Asked them for awb tracking number 3 days ago and still didn t receive any answer...
update 11.11.: got refunded.

My order was supposed to come between…
My order was supposed to come between 2-5 working days or that's atleast what their site told me. well I finally got my parts after 5-6weeks and the box that they were in was completely destroyed. it was fully wet and was shaped like a ball instead of a box. I wish that none of my parts that I bought didn't get destroyed due to them being so wet.

Excellent service, and quick delivery with all orders. I ordered a wrong cylinder head for my bike, but RRD were happy to take the wrong one back and issued a credit voucher code. I reordered the correct part and the voucher amount was taken off the order. No problems with this company, many thanks

I am disappointed in the service you…
I am disappointed in the service you have provided. The website said that the parts I ordered where available and in stock. I had to wait additional two weeks so you could order the parts yourself... In addition I received only one air filter instead of the two I ordered. Had to pay 20 Euros more to get the second filter throughout shipping.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WEBSITE!!!!!!!

Le transport vers la LITTUANI est actuellement compliqué mais je vois que le colis a été livré le 17/08/2020. Ordered scooter parts, paid for parts, now waited for over 4 weeks with no update or parts. Emails in French and English apparently ignored. Phone goes unanswered for many calls.UPDATE UPDATE Have now emailed using their inquiry form rather than using ‘reply to email, and have now had a positive response from them and parts have arrived safely. USE THE CONTACT EMAIL RATHER THAN REPLY TO EMAIL.

Great price and service
Apprehensive ordering from a small company in Luxembourg, however they proved to be excellent. Price was the best I could find on line and I mail to check postage cost to UK and the responded promptly and the cost was as listed. Tracking was provided and worked well with it arriving in the UK at my door in less than a week. Great to do business with and would recommend to anyone.
