Delivery on time and excellent quality of rugby top. However couldn't get the top over my grandsons head. Had to return the top to the local shop. No issues. Awaiting refund.
As always whenever I deal with rugby heaven whether online or in store service is fantastic. I mainly go in to store in Cwmbran as staff are always helpful and prefer face to face.

Item not received and no customer support
Purchased an item from Rugby Heaven through Decathlon's website. The item has not been received. Royal Mail tracking proves this. They are not helping and are not interested in refunding.
Edit: they now claim that this review does not belong to them. As stated, the product was dispatched by Rugby Heaven, having purchased through Decathlon's website.

Great customer service, ordered online 5 days before xmas to collect instore and because they didn't have it in stock in my local store, it would of had to of been sent there bur they couldn't guarantee it would get there by xmas eve so sent it straight to my home address.

Great service, great price and great stock
Spent a lot of time looking for a pair of Asics Novablast 5 running trainers in a fairly uncommon colour and stumbled upon Rugby Heaven who had the shoes in almost every size in stock and around 10% under RRP. The trainers were out of stock in this colour in all the usual online sports shops/running shops so after a bit of research into Rugby Heaven and seeing they have a couple of shops in the UK I went for it. I ordered late in the evening on Friday 20th Dec with Standard free delivery (thinking no chance of getting them by Xmas Day with only two working days to go). The shoes arrived first thing on Monday 23rd Dec and they are spot on. Great service, great price and great stock. Will recommend and use again!

Not a problem with Rugby Heaven as such but the products and their sizings are appalling.......ordered a shirt for my son for his birthday in a L as this is his normal size. Too small so had to return and we had to pay for the return. This happened again with a XL and a 2XL. So gave up in the end as it was £4.99 for delivery and £3.00 ish to return......we've lost £24.00 just in delivery charges and still my son didn't get a shirt! Will not be using Rugby Heaven online again.

Awful experience. Read all the 1 star reviews before you buy.
The £75 Canterbury rugby boots I bought for my son split after only being worn twice. I reported the damage to customer service who were slow to respond. When they did eventually reply it was to say that rugby is a contact sport so there was nothing they could do. After reading all the 1-star reviews I now realise that this is what they tell all the customers who complained about the quality of the boots they'd bought, I wish I'd read the reviews before buying - don't make the same mistake I did.

The website has a problem with some items on sale, once you add them to the cart, the discount on them disappears. I reported the problem to the support but they said it was the currency change but it is not true because the increase did not correspond to the currency change. The icing on the cake when the package was delivered to me the customs made me pay 53 euros more on delivery unexpectedly. I often buy online abroad and this is the first time it has happened to me. I asked for a refund but nothing. As far as I'm concerned I will never buy from this site again.
