Our customer rep is top-notch!
Every time dealing with our rep has been pain free. He is very knowledgeable on the products we use and often can suggest solutions that were previously not thought about. I never worry when dealing with Rugged Notebooks knowing that Michael is handling our order.

We were trying to place a HOT order. The sales person who created that order was out of the office. No one could make the order happen. Not sure how that is even possible. We'll place our order elsewhere.
