The rug was horrible,not recommended.
Eventually,I received good customer service.
Courier collection,polite e mails & a refund.
It took time !

Rug delivered today. I had ordered wrong size. They were so nice on phone. That are collecting rug. When refunded I will reorder. Possibly buy a thicker quality
Great customer service.

I paid £200+ for a third class quality rug. I used it for 2 days, and within two days it started showing strange town marks and then spread all over the rug. Upon contacting the company, they refused to accept their faulty product’s return. Therefore, I had to go to consumer ombudsman for legal action. As I have installed CCTV camera in my room where the rug was placed so I have the clear footage of opening the original packaging and then putting it on the floor including I I have every day’s 24/7 video recording that nothing was dropped or spilled on that cheap rug. The rughouse.co.uk is running a fraud business of cheating people. I’m never ever going to buy anything from them.

Excellent service! I called customer service with a query & they were very helpful.
Ordered two sheepskin rugs. Was kept informed of dispatch & tracking. Delivery within a week & on time.
Rugs were well packaged in a box. Lovely quality, much chunkier than some I had seen. Colour was better than expected.
Very impressed with purchase & the service.

If i could give zero stars I would. Never received the rug. Royal Mail, the partner chose by this company said they delivered the rug, sent a picture of a package on the floor somewhere that is not my porch because the package was not here, and rughouse says there is nothing they can do. So I simply paid for a product I never received.

Received smaller sheepskins but still charged £39.99 and not £29.99 which is the cost of the smaller rugs.
Also quality is poor for the price very long matted hair!
Would not recommend especially as return is paid by the customers

What a beautiful plum purple shaggy rug. The delivery was slow but it here and even the cats love it. It was for my bedroom but it in the lounge so ordering another to match. My flat is looking nice with the plum curtains and purple bedding my mum sent me. My cats love it has much has meow. Want to review rug house on rug house but can't find it so here my review. Rug house have excellent team on the phone to.

So far ... a load of rubbish delivery is awful had i known I wouldn’t of ordered. Placed my order on 8th February now being told it may or may not be dispatched on 17th. Awful to be honest.

Well so far not the best start ordered a large silver rug it was delivered this morning firstly to the house next door had to shout delivery driver and advise him it was actually here and then to top it off completely the wrong colour it’s beige phone call and emails later they did answer emails straight away that was the only good point waiting on supplier to contact me to collect this one and deliver correct one no idea when that will be not happy so far

Ordered a rug on the 26th of December, told it would be dispatched on the 29th, it still hasn't been dispatched and told no orders will be dispatched until the 4th of January now.

Fast delivery and the rug is absolutely beautiful. I purchased the Flokati 2000 grms rug. Fantastic quality, highly recommend.

we bought a custom made sheepskin rug from Rughouse. It took a little longer to arrive due to Covid but it was made to order. Really nice looking rug, shame no-one can come round to see it

Was worried about ordering from this company after reading reviews after I had ordered but was pleasantly surprised. Rug arrived very quickly ordered yesterday and arrived this morning. Lovely rug great price thanksm

Ive bought a number of sheepskin rugs from these guys. Much better than the cheap Dunelm or John Lewis Rugs. Great Quality

I bought a quad sheepskin rug from rug house there was no weight in it when it was delivered very thin compared to the sheepskins I have bought many times disappointed!!!!! It was not as thick as it looked in the picture

The worst quality rugs I have ever come across literally paper thin!! Horrible cheap looking design nothing like the images they portray on the website. Edges are folded over and snitched giving it an overall nasty finish! Customer service is non existent! They vouch by their product and will tell you that your wrong... HONESTLY STAY AWAY! They are cheap for a reason, pay more and get better quality elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment and shock.
