Great carpet but bad customer experience
Great offer and price, also delivery sort of worked out in the end (had to pick up the order from an access point though). However, no flexibility whatsoever: I asked for a later date of delivery as I'm going away for a bit - no chance. Then UPS: This company has to be the worst delivery company on the planet! Again, no flexibility, no chance to contact the driver, nobody reads requests sent through their internal system (after one has gotten through their dreadful customer registration - something other companies don't require...). So, altogether mixed feelings about Rugvista. I'm not likely to order from them anytime in the near future...

second-class quality Persian carpet
I ordered a Persian carpet as a gift for my parents. The price was about 1800 Euros, the rug was on sale, but it was described as first-class quality. There was no indication of the carpet being second-class quality. The carpet has a stripe of a different color, about 10 cm wide, across its entire width of 3 meters. No compensation was offered, the shop just sent a stylistic work that they could publish in a book, saying how great the carpet is and everything is completely normal for handmade carpet. No, it's not normal, the stripe is embroidered on top and the colors are normal at the knots. Of course, we have the option to return the carpet, but my dad doesn't want to give up the gift. I will never order a carpet from Rugvista again, I don't like selling second-class quality without information and then reading books of justification.
The carpet delivery was as predicted, quite fast.
