The carpet looks good
The carpet looks good; however, it is not 1cm thick as shown in the picture. My biggest shock was that it was folded 3 times into a square. It took about a week to flatten out, which it did.

Terrible experience and extremely poor customer service
We have had a terrible experience with this company. We bought two rugs from them: the first one a few years ago, and the second one almost a year ago. The first rug is excellent, but the second one is a complete disaster. It sheds excessively and looks absolutely terrible because it has developed visible bald spots. Our apartment has been covered in dust and wool fibers for a year. The shedding never stopped, and the rug is visibly falling apart.
The company rejected our complaint, claiming it is just "normal shedding," and instead offered us a ridiculous 10% partial refund. We have exchanged about 10 emails with them so far. Their approach is highly passive, dismissive, and completely anti-customer.
I strongly advise against buying from them. Save your money and avoid this company!
Update: It is ironic that they have time to respond to public reviews but not to resolve my open complain in their support sytem.

Bad packaging
Dodání trvalo dlouho bez jakékoli informace, i když byl skladem. Koberec dorazil složený místo srolovaný a po dvou týdnech je stále viditelné jak byl přeložený, koberec se zatím nenarovnal. Zvažuji podání reklamace. Delivery took a long time without any information, even though it was in stock. The carpet arrived folded instead of rolled up and after two weeks it is still visible how it was folded, the carpet has not straightened yet. I am considering filing a complaint.

Jsme rádi, že jste spokojen/a s kvalitou samotného koberce, ale zároveň zcela chápeme Vaše obavy ohledně způsobu balení a viditelných přehybů.
Z důvodu omezení při mezinárodní přepravě musí být některé koberce pro přepravu složeny. Ve většině případů tyto přehyby postupně samy zmizí, ale chápeme, že to může být nepříjemné.

I purchased a rug from Rugvista for…
I purchased a rug from Rugvista for approximately 4,000 CZK. After around six months, I noticed visible surface wear. At that time, I considered it cosmetic and continued using the rug. However, after about one year, the corner seam came apart and the surface looked significantly older than expected for a product in this price range.
When I contacted customer service, the initial compensation offered was 10%. Only after several rounds of communication was this increased to 30% as a goodwill gesture, without formal acknowledgement of a product defect.
While I appreciate the final refund, I am disappointed with how durability concerns were assessed. For a rug used in a standard household environment, I expected greater longevity.
