I was positively surprised with the …
I was positively surprised with the product quality. It took me few weeks before I decided to complete the purchase since I was simply not sure if one should purchase a rug without seeing it before. Pictures are often misleading. I finally decided to go for it because of their refund policy.
I do not regret it. My rug looks better than I expected.

The rug is ok, but I don't understand why they fold the rug like they do instead of rolling it for shimpment. Now it looks weird with all the flexures and bends and I don't know if it's going to flatten.

Regarding the folds on the carpets, the reason we fold our items for transportation is because they are packed in accordance to the standards and norms provided to us from our shipping partners UPS and Fedex. The folding minimises the risk of the carpet being damaged due to the fact that there is less surface area, furthermore, the transportation costs are also minimized for the customer. If you have fold marks in your carpet they should disappear by themselves after a short while. When the carpet lays flat on the floor, the wool has a natural composition that makes it regain its structure and shape. Otherwise you can also refer to our carpet encyclopedia which has more information on how you can get rid of folds on your carpets. Please see the link below:
