DO NOT OBTAIN YOUR TELECOMMS FROM THIS COMPANY. We were originally locked into a five year contract for landlines, mobile, broadband and replacement phones. As soon as the term expired we terminated all bar our broadband, due to zero customer service, which we requested on a monthly basis as we would shortly be relocating. As soon as we moved we notified them only to be informed we had to pay 90 day closure costs. Not only do they give poor if any service, they expect you to pay overly long cancellation fees despite Offcom guidelines

VERY POOR SERVICE , After having confirmation that no termination fees applied but it later turned out that the girl who sent the email had made a mistake. we were billed a massive fee.
Very un trustworthy and the rreason we transfered to another company was due to the poor service we were receiving anyway .
