On entering the store I was greeted by Amy who introduced herself and assisted me in my purchases, even going to retrieve an item from the stock room. She was / is absolutely charming and a real ambassador for your company. Thank you Amy

I had a faulty printer cartridge that I bought from Rymans a few months ago. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and I had the receipt. The Ryman customer service team were very friendly and helpful and arranged for this to be replaced quickly.

Rymans sell items that I need to sustain my hobbies. They are reasonably priced and easy to find in the stores. A pleasure to shop.

Today I visited Ryman Stationary in Canterbury to purchase a Micro SIM card, the lady Trish that served us was absolutely fantastic, she was extremely friendly and happy and so helpful, it was so good to see someone being so happy in her job.
Thank you Trish for all your help today it was really appreciated. We even discussed signing Christmas songs just to cheer people up.

I had documents printed earlier this week and labels printed at Ryman’s store in St Andrews today. I used online ordering in both cases. By the time I got to the store everything was ready to be collected. The staff were very helpful. Printing my plans to A3 at home wasn’t an option so the Ryman option made total sense. Fantastic service 👍

Click and collect order sold 30 mins after purchase and 5 mins before we got to the shop to pick it up. How can you sell an item that has already been sold?

I wanted to buy a red Rymans A5 single cash book, as this was the type I’d always used for my accounts. According to the Rymans website, these were not available for delivery but could be collected from certain stores (where available). I contacted my nearest store in Ipswich, where a very helpful man called Lee said he would ask the Cambridge store to send one over for me to collect. Unfortunately he was sent the wrong item (an Ideal single cash book). But he let me have it for the same price and said he would exchange it if he could find a copy. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to track one down - and in the end I managed to exchange it (in person) at a store in London.
However, I would like to highly commend Lee in Ipswich for going above and beyond on my behalf. His commitment to customer service should serve as an example to others.

I went to the Ryman Oxford store on June 20th of this year and I was able to purchase all I wanted to purchase, the staff at the check out counter was very polite and nice and Informed me about the 3 for 2 deal on highlighters. My experience was great.

I had taken a printer cartridge in to be recycled for a friend and this was happily accepted. Then I needed some batteries and went for my usual brand. However, the very helpful assistant suggested a much more reasonable option which saved several pounds and they have proved equally good.

Ordered 3 x 35 XL Really Useful Boxes, c/w extra height lids for storing LP records for a decent price. However, I received 3 x 35L boxes instead which have the standard lids so unsuitable for records. Phoned to sort out and arrange replacement lids of the XL type which they initially agreed to. A short while later Ryman phoned back to say XL lids could not be sent separately and instead the 35L boxes had to be returned and once scanned by the collection courier a replacement set of the correct type boxes would be dispatched, fair enough I thought. Their nominated courier was arranged for a few days later and you've guessed it, they didn't turn up, I waited in all day wasting valuable time, coincidentally the courier app stills says awaiting collection. I sent in a complaint to Ryman saying I had wasted a day awaiting collection and that I wasn't happy to lose anymore time rearranging another collection timeslot. I didn't get a response for 4 or 5 days but apologies were expressed. In the meantime I had disposed of the 35L boxes locally and went elsewhere for the 35XL boxes.
