None existent customer service or warranty. Called several times, no one ever available to deal with rogue workmanship by approved installer (still installing their doors), left messages for none existent point of contact and never received a return call. Door still within warranty period, avoid this brand/company.
Hinges have snapped on our Ryterna garage doors and Ryterna have admitted this is a known manufacturing fault. However it is impossible to contact them on the phone and they are extremely slow responding to email. Weve not been able to get into our garage for over a month and Its looking like taking court action is the only way to get a resolution to this situation. Really poor customer support!

Ordered 4 sets of garage doors over three months in 2015. The doors appeared well designed, well made and seemed to justify their premium price. However, while the first two sets still look great, the second two have faded and bloomed disastrously and look terrible alongside the first. Please be aware that unless Ryterna have changed their paint process, their doors will fade badly, particularly if dark and south facing. First set merits 5 stars but second zero, so perhaps my 3 star rating is generous. I am happy to provide photos if anyone wants to contact me.
