Very bad app. Very bad customer service. Unable to use due biometric issue and there is no one to resolve it.

I was in the founders club, recently had low balance in my account, blocked my card on 2-3 failed charges. Poor app, useless links of re-instate form integrated, can’t even click that. Support team also sucks. In short, i am out of options without doing anything.

If someone asks me what the app is like, I will tell them it is a very bad, very slow, and very inefficient app.So tired and such a crappy helpline, this app of their simple payers is a very crappy app. I had a very bad experience. If I have used any bad app in my life, there will be no worse app than this. Such a crappy helpline and this app isTheir transactions are so bad and so bad and later they don't even listen to their customers and this is fraud and this is a scam app.😡😡😡

I emailed them several times, and their response is beyond pathetic. Their help is nonexistent. I would delete my account because of my dissatisfaction with this app, but they won't even let me do that.

SadaPay has no helpline number and no live chat support, and I have been waiting over 11 hours without any response. On top of that, card transactions take up to 3 days to appear in statements, which creates serious problems during urgent verifications. There is also no receipt provided for card payments, making it impossible to share proof with third parties when required. A digital banking service without proper support, timely records, or downloadable receipts is not reliable for critical financial needs.

Very poor service

Absolutely useless Customer Service. I have provided as medical Certificate as per their advice. They promised a response within 2 working days but so far no action had been taken despite numerous messages.
Hopeless Service.

been a week i am trying to contact i had almost 2 lac inside and they blocked my account without warning no helpline working account is blocked no reply on emails I tried to contact FIA they said they have done some heavy money laundering high numbers of victims are there kindly everyone please report

Mere b paise cut kiye h sadapay walo ne 2 3 days se help centre contact kr rha hu koi thk se respond he nai kr rha h Gmail py text kr rha hu waha py b thk se nai so please be alerted na inka call help centre h scams app feel hoti h ab to ye aise apps ko to block ho jana chaiye use he nai krna chaiye

Totally fraud, if you have money they block your account and there is no support service. Strongly not recommended

mery account m -35800 minus kr diya, even use bhi nhi kiya, support pr bat kro to reply nhi dety or kehty hyn company ny 1 bar payment deduct kr li, jbk m ny 1 bar use kiya. 1 month m hi 2 bar balance dudeuct ka sg aya or minus aaya.. ab ap khud socinal multinationational company Bluehost.com kia fraud kr skti h, bilkul v nhi, or sada pay waly fraudy hny or blance minus kr diya..
so i suggest to everyone, please ap is sada pay sy koi onlien buying na krain, Thank you

I have seen 1k to a shop at that time there was a problem in transaction but it still went through and their detected 1k from my account but the receiver haven't received the money when I contact the help chat they said it went through but it didn't I have checked the shop owners bank statement. This thing happened again today I sent 3600 rupees to a friend but he didn't receive it
