Sadapay is one the bad and worst service provider in the market right now. They are scamming people by charging have high amount of fee . Moreover they have very unprofessional staff everywhere in there support via email or chat or call all the staff is uneducated none serious, not able to give any of the solution, they have unwanted and policy they are bullying us by make that kind of unwanted policy's which is never accepted never will be.

I used my card multiple time withdrawal but recently my card not work in all over ATM machine I contact to sadapay customer support. Customer support provider said you pay 1038 PKR then reissue the card sadapay service not facilitate too customer never recommend to other really bad service

Very low response from their chat support. very poor service. every one please beware of this fraud. I want to open a dispute for a transaction but their support says first get response from merchant. very pathetic

My experience with sadapay is good. I am specially impressed by Mastercard payments. System is so fast and smoothly works. I made payment at Macdonalds, kfc, Govermet, Pso many times. I face no problem. I also talk with sadapay support team good communication all times.

Sadapay Is Great App in Pakistan Ui is Aslo So Sada And beautiful this app don't have lot of ads and button this thing i like more. Wait-list is so bad because lot people giving bad reviews even they don't have created a account yet. But overall Sadapay is great app and it better than all other Fintech apps in Pakistan. 😍

Sada Pay is fine, but it doesn't have customer care. They have robotic conversations, no human interaction, just options to select. I had an issue and needed their help to resolve it, but they only provided robotic responses, which made me angry, so I deleted it.
