scammers I was on a call with comcast to pay a bill and got disconnected and this Jack guy calls me right apologizing for the disconnect and scams me out of $94.76 gives me his name and phone number as 1-845-202-1219 and confirmation of 14638970058 for paying my comcast bill - I see a pending charge for SADAPAY NOT comcast - locked card down reported fraud and called the number and this guy hangs up on me and then calls me back later stating issuing a refund-yeah right- unreal GET A REAL JOB!!!

Hello World! to be honest this is the Future of Pakistan first time in life I see bank like this who support international payment in Dollars and Accept payment in Dollar. A great opportunity for freelancers. Keep it up Guys, Support forever.

Everything was going very fine but suddenly they started to deduct money from account like an scammer without any notification and silently amount was adjusted and updated the transactions detail without any further notice. My advice if you are using Sadapay then must check your balance frequently.

Extremely bad customer support. Support team has no idea what they are doing. Very late responses and 90% of the time they fail to understand the problem. They don't even read your message properly, and ask you the same thing that you provided them few seconds ago.

I register 3 month ago for debit card now my account in waitlist nayapay one of the best service in Pakistan i received debit card in 2 day account verify in 3 hour.

One of my worst experience ever with Pakistani Bank. It’s been more than a month and everyday I’m listening that it will be resolved soon or next day and still my issue is pending. Regulatory body should take strict action against such a worst service.

It's very easy to use as compare to the other services (easypaisa/jazzcash/konnect). Highly recommended.

People have different experiences. I had poor experience with SadaPay. They finished their beta after 6-7 months of account request. In that beta time they were making their network. A lot of people who registered 10 other people also got selected. I wasn't selected because I don't recommend things that I have never tried. So I waited all this time.
Around end of June, I got registerd. I requested a debit card. Which still at the start still wasn't delivered to me. The customer service was poor. They blamed me instead that I have received three cards already. However in reality the tracking key of TCS also showed that the package was never crossed from the Provincial boundary. So it proved it never reached me.
Since they were blaming me for this, I asked them to stop this nonsense and Deactivate my account. Last week it got Deactivated and because I couldn't login in last few days I contacted their Facebook page team. They told me that on my request my account was Deactivated (not deleted still). They never even wanted to tell me that they have Deactivated it on my request. I asked them this, then they told me. Just think of the dozen of times that I asked them for my debit card and also the dozen times that were for the account deactivation.

Your experience might be different. But if this review was any helpful to you, consider that you are not the only who faced trouble and emotional torture from them.
