Ok so the sales pitch is scammy, but the mineral peeling I’m really quite impressed with. It removes all the dead skin in a minute and lives your face looking like a baby bum. Im almost 40 and I have... See more

Bought a set bundle, it’s been two weeks since our visit and promised to write a review if the products felt good after two weeks…so here we are. Thank you Izadora for the great experience!!!

Came across the brand while visiting London last week. Was stopped by Michael and was shown a bunch of products. All the products felt fantastic on the skin and ended up purchasing a Body Scrub, a depuffing eye cream and a serum that made my skin feel 20byears younger 😊. Thank you for the amazing service.

SCAM, FAKE PRODUCTS
As someone who has grown up in London, I can not believe I am writing this. Yesterday myself and my partner were walking along Neil Street in Covent Garden, we had passed beautiful shops, hotels and were on our way to an appointment when we were stopped out side a handsome looking shop “Sakare”. We were given testers to try, and before we knew it, where in the shop being shown their latest range. We walked away purchasing some items, and hurried off to our appointment nearby. Whilst I was being seen to, my partner looked into the bag at the items that had been purchased. Each one a different brand to the items demoed in the store, and the face peel a fake product of a Norwegian brand. If you watch unboxing videos of the seemingly €175 face peel (on neolumos website). Also the colour of the gel sold is (one not branded as Sakare and is a milky white compared to the “Sakare” item demoed in the shop and on their website. The body scrub is also a completely different brand, branding and packaging. Buyers beware and do not fall for this complete scam. I will be further reporting this to the LA.

I was taken into the store and conned into buying products. The puffy eye remover seemed to work wonders but the next morning my eyes were worse puffy and bigger bags.

Absolute scam.
Absolute scam.
Do not entertain these aggressive sales people.
I felt pressurised into buying something because i was impressed by the demo but what they actually sold me was not even Sakare branded it was (gratiAE). I only realised this on the train home!! I opened the product and it was a really cheap crappy product which smelt disgusting and was not the same nail buffer product (silk on one side, cotten on another etc.). It was a cheap one you'd probably find on amazon/shein/temu.
Disgusting people. I don't know how they live with themselves doing this to others.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I didn’t want to be rude, so I agreed to listen to what their salesperson had to say when she stopped me in Soho. Suddenly, I found myself in the shop, and products were being put to my hands, which led to an allergic reaction. The next day, I tried to return the items because I wouldn't put such products on my face. However, the box was a bit crumpled, and the employee told me he "can’t take the return because he can’t sell it again." The product was completely untouched, so they could have easily repackaged it.
Additionally, he touched me without permission, which I find unprofessional and illegal. Please avoid this store. I won’t stop here but will take further action regarding this matter, and I hope others will do the same.

Don't speak or make eye contact.
I hated the sales tactics of this store. Sales people standing outside giving free samples and then insist you go in. Forced to put products on hands. Full demonstrations without asking permission and you don't feel able to say no. All very nice and complimentary until you state you're not interested in buying. I was offered a product for £85 and would receive 2 products for free. Then product price was quickly dropped to £30 when I wasn't interested. It feels like a hassle tactic and if I were to walk here again, I would cross the road away from this place. Doesn't feel like it belongs on bond street. It doesn't feel luxury, it feels pushy and invasive.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I was contacted by a very aggressive salesman on the street in Paris. I was lured into the shop and talked to and talked to until I finally gave up and bought a nail kit. We were promised it would last for weeks - it lasted less than 2 days. I paid 70 euros - I now see it costs 55 euros on their website. Stay far away from them and their aggressive sales methods. I feel really cheated.

Scam, pressure selling, skin damaging and dishonest sales tactics
Disgusting practices and injuries to my skin!
Natural products... my backside. I have allergies and was not asked about these before they were slapping their products on my skin. I was told natural products, so took it as that (hence why I allowed it as I did check as I said I had very sensitive skin). Anything but natural products!
Yesterday evening, I was walking by their New Bond Street store with my daughter. She was given a sample and before we knew it, we were in the store. We had had a good day to this point, something that had been much needed of late. I was offered two free products if I purchased the serum, I said I can't afford it and will have to check with my partner. The assistant then said that he would give a student discount because of my daughter, I bought as I was told natural products and won't harm my skin and it was at a big discount.
Well, the rubbish put on my skin is leading me to have to book a doctor's appointment at very minimum. Not long after leaving, I experienced burning where the products were applied. I had to take Piriton which helped a little bit have been left with redness and some nasty blisters, I have pictured these on a Google review I posted, but can't add pictures here.
I do not live in London but will be taking this further as these products have damaged my skin. I did say I have very sensitive skin and my daughter and I were told it was all natural ingredients. An absolute lie!

Very aggressive and persistent sales…
Very aggressive and persistent sales tactics. Stopped by the salesman on Rue Saint Honoré, Paris and told there are no stores in London (there are multiple). Then proceeded to aggressively sell a nail kit supposedly it was at a retail price of €70 which he reduced to €35 as I was a tourist and according to him wouldn’t be coming back here. I bought it just so that I could leave and then felt utterly stupid having fallen for this aggressive technique. Returned the next day with receipt and unopened packaging and thankfully got a full refund.
Overall the experience was horrible and I was definitely pressured into making a purchase. When I googled the company, products and reviews - they’re all the same. Avoid and don’t fall for the sales tactics.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Thank you, Mueen for your professionalism and cheerfulness. See you again soon 🙂
Funny in a way
I have put a 3 as he is a very good sales man. So I was walking in Le Marais in Paris. I thought why not. He was nice and driven. What I did not appreciate was that he made out that I had a scar in my throat and he would made it disappear with an infra red device which cost 1000 euros. Afin, I do not have a scar there, just a faint wrinkle and it did not work. The tightening eye cream did work though but it felt like your lower eye lid was pulled down, weird. Nevertheless, I would think that makes like Remescar offer the same effect eye creams for a lot less money. If you go into their premises, do not get fooled. They have good products but the price is far too high,
