Salcura is a natural wonder for eczema and other skin conditions it really helps clear my skin and gives me relief from my eczema symptoms im an adult that has used steroid creams immune supresents and biological drugs prescribed by a derm consultant all help but as a natural alternative salcura really does work for me to clear my skin and provide itch relief but they key is patience i believe any bad reviews for this product are from people not taking the advice from salcura its not an instant fix it takes time initially it can sometimes cause the skin to react but in my case this was the start of the healing process patience really is key then you will reap the rewards of this natural product that really does work and relieve symptoms

DO NOT BUY! This burnt my 2 year olds skin and made the eczema much worse. I tried this on myself and it irritated my own skin.

I suffered from a flaky scalp and red rash. Have been using the moisturiser and dermaspray for 2 months, morning and bedtime, and can see and feel a massive difference. Scalp is no longer dry and flaky and redness reduced. Products take time to work but very pleased with the results. Patience is key.

I had been suffering with extremely itchy rashes since February 2025, nothing worked, not cortisone cream and antihistamines only gave very slight relief. I bought the dermaspray intensive and the zeoderm skin repair moisturiser as a bundle, and the relief was almost immediate. Within one week my itchy rashes had all cleared up.

Purchased the booking jnr bundle for my daughter from the Irish or .ie website. Was skeptical reading varied reviews here but it was delivered in 2 days by dpd. I purchased the spray and moisturiser, both smell lovely, the Psoriasis on the bottom of my foot after trying many different products for years including steroid cream has reduced significantly…! I think I need to use the products a little more regularly (I use once or twice a day but they do recommend 3-4).

It has worked wonders on the mild dyshidrotic eczema I have on my hands occasionally.

Looking at previous reviews it’s worth mentioning that I’m an adult using this product, not for my children. It seems these products may not be suitable for children or babies!

It appeared to look good in terms of marketing and appeal. The company’s name is called ‘Salcura Natural Skin Therapy’ which automatically makes you think the ingredients would be gentle to such sensitive skin especially the targeted junior range.

However, the Rescue Cream and Spray have caused more skin irritation for my 4 year old as the ingredients contain Urea which can cause to sting/itch/burn delicate skin. Of course this may not affect others the same way, however please be aware.

I bought this product for my 4 month old baby, hoping it would help with mild eczema. Unfortunately, it had the opposite effect.

After just a couple of uses, the areas under the knees became much worse — red, sore, and eventually started weeping. The skin looked more inflamed than before. We also applied the facial cream, but instead of calming the skin, it caused more redness and irritation on the face
specially around the eyes. It was heart breaking to see my baby’s skin after using these products.

Fast delivery, and the product worked. Have already ordered more for my daughter’s skin. I ordered the antibac spray.

I have bought spray before for my daughter and was excellent , how ever upon re order still waiting 2 weeks for product customer service is awful and has ignored 3 emails . I will seek reprisal via bank

Bought for my 15 month olds ezxcma, he had a really bad reaction and needed to be seen by a gp and have antihistamines. His skin is still recovering.

I turned to Salcura at my lowest point - my skin irritation returned as soon as I stopped using steroid creams and I was genuinely miserable and thought I’d give the bioskin product a shot. Stick with Salcura and you’ll reap the benefits after about two weeks - love that it is completely natural and manages my symptoms well.

We turned to this product after not finding any natural creams for our daughters ezcema.
It seemed tollerable but still slightly uncomfortable when the ezcema wasn't bad at all but when i put it on during a flare up it made it so much worse and she said it was burning the skin.
Really scary that this product is so widely adversited.

Bought the combo, shampoo and conditioner, to try and hoping to clear my flaky dry scalp...absolute waste of money, these products not just didn't do anything for me, not even the slightest improvement, but actually made my scalp even flakier and itchier than before...the refund guarantee is also non existent as they demand you post back 1 full bottle and 1 empty. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, the Head & shoulder range is far cheaper and more effective. I'm so disappointed as I'm all pro natural vegan products...

I bought this after reading reviews on Facebook which now quite clearly were fake.

This skin is terrible. Burnt my babies skin and made him so uncomfortable!!!

I bought three of the Salcura products to try on my 19 month’s old eczema, after reading such good reviews on their website, but they’ve just made his eczema even worse! The Bioskin Junior Daily nourishing spray has made the backs of his knees red raw and sore, and so much worse than they were 😔 Really disappointed and do not recommend this brand!

This stuff burns your skin like nothing I’ve ever felt before.
Can’t believe I bought it for my baby and used it on her skin. She screamed but obviously couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I didn’t use it on her again as I then read reviews of it stinging children’s skin.
It wasn’t until I used it on myself last night I discovered it feels like acid on your skin. Had to wash off immediately.
Do not buy this stuff.

I brought the spray as I have very itchy dry skin on my upper back and its difficult to reach. I used a few times and my back has been so much better

Customer service dreadful. Karolina unhelpful and unsympathetic. Wouldn't use again. Refused a refund for late delivery and tried to say I received it when I hadn't.

Both my baby and I suffer from eczema and after seeing this company’s FB ad about how natural and effective their products are, I decided to give it a try. Their products burned our skin and made our eczema so much worse. Then I noticed their ingredients contain alcohol. This is such unethical advertising and do avoid this company at all costs.
