Poor customer experience
I think you are more than aware that there is a time limit for products’ exchange.
It’s already been really complicated to obtain the product for various reasons, I received it more than a week late, eventho I payed for an express shipping.
After 2 complaint e-mails, i finally managed to receive an answer, saying that my order would be treated primarily, after this e-mail it’s been quite complicated obtaining updates about my order, since it still arrived almost one week later.
Now for an exchange request, which was supposed to be treated within 24 hours is left without answer for 6 days.
Time to receive an answer with the sending back document, the authorized changing time will be passed already.
Should I be incapable of exchanging the article because of the passed time, I’d be obligated to take actions in consequence.
I absolutely get there might be some problems with carriers but I think the least is at least answering clients who paid and are only willing (amd trying….) to use their rights.
I mean that’s really disappointing from a brand who’s willing to get an high quality image.

Interesting site but…
Interesting site with avant-garde garments. Buy a coat in jeans (on sale) oversize the last one left. All good until arriving in Italy, pay the dogana: 40% more for her pledge. Wouldn't it be appropriate to write this payment news on the site before paying and sending it? In my case, I did not agree to pay it and according to Salt Murphy the package was removed by the company... It was not my fault, it was yours. 40% more calculating the value of the garment is worth the garment itself or less before putting it in the store. Sorry but no. I wasted my time and money but I hope whoever reads this doesn't waste it.
