Jacob did a great job helping me. I had purchased Office 2019 from you and for several days it worked fine, but I had to do a system restore a few days ago and it took my computer back to a time before I made the purchase.
Jacob responded in an extremely quick manner and gave me a link to redownload Office 2019, which worked fine. Thank you Jacob.

Just took quite a few extra steps to download. It was cheaper than i'd found elsewhere, but just a little more challenging to download.

Buying the correct SW was easy, inexpensive and fast. I clicked on the SW I needed, paid for it and the link for the download was immediately sent to me. The price was a third or half as much from other websites.

Samedaysoftware Saves the Day
Like many others, Covid has hit me hard in the wallet. Since my work schedule has been impacted, I have more time for volunteer work. I'm part of a group working to encourage people to fill out the 2020 Census, and needed to use Power Point to create a slide show. My version was so old it kept crashing. Samedaysoftware's price for a newer version of Office was so reasonable, I was able to update my software without a hitch. And...not one crash!!

I bought and paid for a Word program…
I bought and paid for a Word program from you for my computer. It did not download and I cannot find a sign of it anywhere. My daughter did this for me, but she is now out of town and cannot do the reload you seem to want me to do. I feel it is your responsibility to see why it didn’t download. Now you’ve sent me a request to take a screenshot of papers to send to you. You surely have all that info! Everytime I ask for your help, you request something else for ME to do. If you sell software, YOU should be responsible to see that it downloads.
