Amazing work great with no problems whatsoever

The issue I had was not being able to access the software and then having to call and get assistance in getting my software up and running. And the gentleman that helped me did A GREAT JELP.!!!

I realized I needed MS Word in a hurry, did a quick Google search, sent them payment, and had it downloaded and up and running in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

It really was easy. Step by step instructions were great, got it all downloaded and installed with no problems.

I had a problem with the installation of MS 2019. I had MS 365 installed at the time I installed MS 2019. I contacted support through the chat service and was connected with Jacob.

Jacob helped me uninstall MS 365 and stayed with me through the installation of MS 2019 a second time. I asked a lot of questions in the process. Jacob had all the answers and got me through the installation successfully. He stayed with me to test the installation and insure that MS 2019 was completely installed and operational.

His assistance was invaluable. I really appreciate this type of support and look forward to using Same Day Software in the future.

Download failed. Took a very long chat to get product delivered.

Everytime I open a document I have saved to my desktop, it tells me i need to activate. Never receive confirmation that it has been activated.
