A Complete Disaster

My recent experience with Samsung's customer service has been nothing short of a complete disaster. In early September, I reached out both by phone and email to report issues with my washing machine and dryer, providing all the necessary details. Despite this, Samsung's response was a deafening silence.

After nearly two months of being completely ignored, I had to chase them up via email, only to be met with more silence. This forced me to endure another frustrating call with their customer service team, where I had to reiterate that my original request was made within the warranty period and should not incur charges due to Samsung's gross incompetence. The employee agreed and initiated a new service request, making me repeat the same information I had already provided.

To my utter disbelief, I was informed that I would need to pay for the repair, despite my request being made during the warranty period. Even worse, they only acknowledged the issue with my washing machine, completely ignoring the dryer. I had clearly explained that the washing machine malfunctioning and flooding the basement had rendered the dryer non-operational, which was included in my original complaint.

After wasting over an hour on the phone with two different employees, I was informed that my initial service request had been unilaterally cancelled by Samsung—without my request, consent, or even notification. This has been one of the most infuriating and incompetent customer service experiences I have ever endured.

Samsung's lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service skills is appalling. Their after-sales service is not just poor; it is a complete and utter failure. I would strongly advise anyone considering their products to avoid them at all costs.
