Positive experience start to finish. Shortly after I had ordered the bath I had a call arranging delivery date. The bath is gorgeous and arrived quickly, it was well packaged and the delivery guy went out of his way to help get it to where I needed to store it.

Fantastic customer service from start…
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Our bathroom project was pushed back, and they were extremely accommodating, agreeing to hold the purchased stock until we were ready to proceed. There was an initial mix-up with the delivery, but this was rectified quickly and very professionally, with a next-day delivery arranged. Their flexibility, communication and willingness to help made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommended!

No aftersales support, left out of pocket
I recently purchased a range of Crosswater MPRO products from Sanctuary Bathrooms. A week after the the bathroom installed, I woke to find the room flooded. The leak was coming from the Crosswater tap.
I contacted Sanctuary Bathrooms right away and provided a video of the leak. I was informed this would be passed on to the manufacturer, as despite being my point of sale and contract holder, Sanctuary Bathrooms claims to have no responsibility to provide me with a fit for purpose product and this is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Its been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back from either the manufacture or Sanctuary Bathrooms.
I have had to replace the flex hose at my own cost which was the cause of the leak. The crimped edge on the hose had failed under pressure.
Im now left out of pocket due to the damage caused by the leak as a result of a faulty product sold to me by Sanctuary bathrooms.
I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid this company.

I am sorry that you felt compelled to leave us a 1* review and that you are disappointed with the level of service received in respect of the leaking tap and effect on your bathroom. Please be assured that we would never want any of our customers to feel this way.
To respond to your comments, while the purchase is made from us, any concerns about product faults are sent to the manufacturer under the warranty terms. This is for them to identify, note and advise of the fault, and best advise us of a resolution and for them to log for their own internal use.
In terms of the communication, I can see that this was actioned immediately and sent to the supplier the same day as. I understand a member of our team has since reached out to explain both by phone (unable to get hold of you) and via email, that there was a system issue that affected visibility of your ticket, and also that the manufacturer did not respond in the timeframe we expected. We recognise that both of these issues are not mitigation, and I can see as part of that communication, we have also asked for you to furnish us with the costs involved in remedying the situation yourself so that we can find a satisfactory resolution & to address the inconvenience caused with the manufacturer. It would appear that we have had no further communication in respect of this offer since.
Although I do feel that we have helped at every juncture and with best interests at heart, I do understand that the elements causing the communication issues were not what we expect and we do apologise for that. If you can get in touch we'd love to assist in changing your perceptions of us.

Reliable company. Good quality product
Straight forward process for ordering online. Good communication regarding delivery. The shower quadrant surround is excellent and high quality. Note it is easy to incorrectly position the vertical stainless steel surround. If you get it wrong the door steels will not fit.
