Products were good and as described. The issue I had was that only half the items were delivered as per their SLA. All goods were marked as in stock for delivery. No communication as to what was happening. I contacted them twice using the site’s contact us but only got a response after the other half was delivered a week later. Delayed my build - but main issue is poor communication. Items were packed well.

I used Blackcircles to buy a tire for my spare wheel using the fully fitted service. The local garage used an impact wrench to lower the spare, destroying the spare wheel winch. Blackcircles doesn't want to know even after they wrote to em saying garage used " other means" other than manual wrench to lower the wheel. Blackcircles are fine if everything goes
right but won't take responsibility if their agents cause damage.
