Yes I had the best experience to be honest with you they went over and above to get me the item I wanted in fact they had on premises next day and posted out to me very nice people to deal I received my order two days later and the item I bought was really nice if you were looking anything don’t hesitate give them a call

The delivery guys left 7k order outside the door when I wasn’t home. They should at least give a courtesy call that they have delivered the items.

10/10 customer service. Spoke to Matt on Whatsapp today, super quick responses, extremely helpful, sorted out my order change with zero hassle. Sanctuary will be my first choice for any bathroom purchases in future.

Mirror value for money

Well packaged easy to fit from instructions supplied looks fab in position & does the job intended. Overall a great bath screen – very solid, heavy-duty and good quality glass. It looks great once fitted.

Excellent customer service and product quality. Design is just 100% match the description and pictures on line.

Poor communication.

Didn’t send my order on time and when I asked where it was, they announced it’s because one of the items was out of stock but didn’t think to tell me. Delayed bathroom fitter and tiler, didn’t have a bathroom for a week.

Didn’t refund the missing item when I asked so had to chase up again.

2 stars as it was cheaper than others selling same item but in hindsight would rather have
Paid a bit more for reliability and not having to stay out of the house.

Excellent, no issues and great product.

Customer service is very poor. Was sent a toilet roll holder that looked very different to the one I ordered on the website. Tried calling, emailing and whatsapping to exchange for the correct one - nobody answers the phone, emails take >5 working days to respond and they blamed the distributor. No resolution after 2 weeks.

My sink arrived badly packaged and damaged after waiting 10 days for it. It has now been over a week and a replacement still hasn’t been received!

It was very quick to order without any hassle.

Another one of those annoying websites where it tells you the items you want are in stock and will be delivered within 2 to 3 days then once you've checked out and paid for the items you get an email saying theyr're out of stock and will be with you in 3 weeks or so, after the deadline you have given your customer for finishing. Then you phone to find out the progress of your order and nobody answers so you leave a message and nobody replies so you have to keep chasing.......exhausting and a complete waste of my time. Thankfully when the items did arrive they weren't damaged or missing parts as I can only imagine how hard it would be to deal with these people if you had to make a return

Arrived on time. Great quality bath. Highly recommended.

Great service all round. One of my items was discontinued by the manufacturer and the customer service was excellent in assisting me with sorting it. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again

Nothing was too much trouble for the team. When I was sent two waste systems and one was slightly different to the other, there was no quibbling and a replacement was sent out immediately.
