Terrible products and service!
The serum mede my clear and balanced skin extremely greasy and to break out in deep painful spots that took weeks to recover from.
I left negative feedback which was not published, the CS team advised that my skin was getting greasy because it was too dry and that getting spots is normal. I complained that my review was not published and they claimed that they had no record of it and told me to submit another one... which they also refused to publish. I wish I had looked at the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering. Don't waste your money on trashing your skin with these products.

I bought into the hype and bought the serum which made my normally clear and combination skin extremely greasy and break out into deep painful spots which took weeks to recover from.
I left a negative review which was not published, I followed up with customer service who advised that I didn’t use the product long enough, that my skin was getting greasy because it was dry (wth?) and that they had no record of my review.

The mask was horrible. It broke me out and at first I thought it was purging so that’s ok and I carried on using it. But over a month or 2 it just kept making my skin worse and worse and now I avoid it all together!
The dew drops are okay, they’re hydrating but make you look greasy.
The polish powder is probably the best product, not for acne clearing but it does make the skin super smooth and adds a nice glow.

As per the previous bad complaints, I too was offered to fill in a survey to claim a free mask which the company later reneged on. They initially claimed that the survey was for existing customers, which I am, then they claimed that it was for “targeted / specific” customers only and for me to prove that I received their email, by which I sent them a screenshot of the communication, then they say that their product is out of stock!! Yet are still selling it on their website. Completely dishonest marketing and no respect for customer. I will never shop with them again.

Usually I dont write bad reviews but this time I feel really dissapointed. Made an order. Customer service kindly suggest to check my order status and after I give them my order number they cancelled it.
Also definately not recommending to do their surveys for rewards cause they just using people for theirs statistics. And you will never get you reward.

This company lies to get what it wants! Promised a free set if you complete a survey, you just pay postage...then went back on it!!! Unbelievable. Will never order from them again. 😠 I even got the email confirmation for the free stuff, and the next day, they claimed I was not entitled to it as I wasnt an "existing customer".
I have bought their products at least twice before from their website directly and I dont know what they mean by an "existing customer". They sell a product, not a service. I can prove all of this with emails.

I ordered the pink clay mask, and the two serums emu apple drops and Tasmanian spring water serum about 4 weeks ago! I am liking all the products so far!!

The brush that comes with the clay mask is cute but skip it, you end up using more product than you need.
It’s a good clay mask, doesn’t dry out the skin and does what it says!

I have very sensitive skin and a lot of products will break me out immediately but the two serums and the clay mask have been working well so far.

The emu apple drops have a bit of an oily finish but nothing to extreme. I will never ever use face oils because I don’t usually like products with an oily finish but the emu apple drops don’t leave you greasy/oily at all! It’s a very moisturising lightweight finish! (This isn’t a face oil it’s a serum with oil in it)

Both serums are very hydrating and I love using them together!

I also received a free sample emu apply bounce mask, and it really does give your skin that instant revival. Perfect for when your skin is looking tired and dull!

I also received a free face roller (promotion) and am in love with it! Will definitely go back to order the emu apple mask at some stage!

I recommended throughly cleansing your face at least once a day when using these products as I found a build up can cause irritation/clogged pores and breakouts..That’s just what I found.

I just bought this mask and used it once and broke out like crazy. I have scars all over the left side of my face at a place where I never get breakouts. I'm not sure this mask is suitable for acne probe skin as it claims. Not worth my $60, I'm not sure what to do with it now. I'm pretty sure they aren't gonna let me return the product. Sorry y'all.

I’m using the pink clay stuff and I really like it. I will however agree with a review that it a little doesn’t necessarily go a long way. I do however strongly recommend this guys and really like their ethos.

Hi had to contact sky and sand . Due to an issue of a dried up pot . Not helpful at all . Told me to add water . Which I did changed the colour and consistency of the clay mask . Even though I purchased this from ASOS at a price different to the site . Asked for order number . Asked for name etc which I gave clearly stating to process a replacement. After they have contacted asos . Came back to me stating really sorry but not the outcome you wanted . Please contact asos they have there own refund and replacement. Come on sky&s and all the money you make from this product . I’m sure asos would have told me to contact you . I wasn’t after a freebie I was being honest your item dried up and it shouldn’t have it has a perfect pot with a screw lid on a lid on top of that Stephanie vickers

I own the entire product range from Sand and Sky, with my most recent purchase being the Tasmanian Hydration range (serum and moisturizer), both of which are the bomb! I have been using S&S now for about a year and a half. I use the exfoliating facial scrub a few times a week, and intermix either the bounce mask, or pink clay mask on the other days. I use the glow drops when I think my skin could use that little "glow", and it delivers. I have also used the enzyme polish, which is also great. Their body range will leave your skin smooth, with a very faint sparkle.
I have had several dealings with customer service across my many orders. At the start of COVID they, like so many others, experienced shipping delays. The CEO herself sent out a note about this and also compensated people for their patience. I have also had technical glitches where I could not get an offer to work - no problem! Customer service was swift and helpful.
The products are not inexpensive, but S&S runs frequent promotions and offers bundle discounts on their website, both of which are great chances to stock up and save. I gifted my girlfriends S&S this past Holiday Season to spread the love.
My skin has never looked so good. For reference, I am not affiliated with S&S in any way, and I will receive nothing in return for this review.

These products are rubbish. I personally, have trialed large amounts of different brands, and used many various skin products over the years and these are really in my bottom 5. Apart from products not doing what the claim, products are overly expensive and even the mask dried out after a week of purchase. Packaging is nice, and really that is what your paying for..

So far I have tried Porefining Face Mask and Flash Perfection Exfoliator and it's one of the best skin care I have used. It reduces redness and making my skin glow.

Awesome products! Use the clay mask every week for about 2 years now and my skin is so much better..! Trying out the face mask now, so far really excited about it! Skin feels amazing.

How shameful when a large respectable company like Sand & Sky miss represent themselves by putting a promotion on a product but do not hold up their end, then to email me to inform me they no longer have any of the promotion product(convenient)
I do have photography evidence of this shameful behaviour.

Some reviews have said a little bit goes a long way. Small jar and mask is thick so I don’t agree with that assessment. Also no instructions as to when to do it

I’ve tried the pore refining mask, exfoliator, emu apple mask and the glow drops and I love them all. I have skin that is a little bit dry, not really prone to break outs, but I don’t like the look of my pores. The pore refining mask makes my pores smaller and my face look tighter without making my skin feel dry. The exfoliating mask cleanses without feeling too harsh. The emu apple mask makes my skin feel super smooth and the emu drops do actually make my skin glow.
I did try the enzyme powder polish once after a friend brought it and while it did smooth my skin, I just didn’t like it as much as the other products. Though I’m really looking forward to trying the Tasmanian Spring Water hydration boost cream - it seems like it will be a good product to round out my skin care routine
