I absolutely LOVE my sandelier

I absolutely LOVE my sandelier. My boyfriend got me one for Christmas and I am in love. It's art, it's sensory stimulation, it's fun, I honestly find myself staring at it for far too long and then spin it back over. If you don't have one for your wall or desk or bedroom, get one! It's so calming and beautiful. Makes an amazing gift as well for anyone starting their holiday shopping!

I wish I would have read the reviews…

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering this. For the money, I would expect something glass and metal that actually "looks" hand crafted and not made by my 9 year old in Science class... I waited over a month to receive a product that is all plastic and looks like I paid 15 dollars for it. I am just thankful that I did NOT purchase the big wall mount. It takes forever to receive and air had to be removed as there was so much air the sand wouldn't even fall. I do not recommend. I am sure there are plenty of things such as this out there to get to us way faster and that looks like the money paid for it. Not impressed and was not worth the wait.

No Product and Won't Respond

Impossible to get a hold of. I ordered one as a present a month ago and was told I'd receive in around 14 days. No updates, hasn't been shipped. No response to email sent 5 days ago ( they claim they answer all requests in 48 hours which is untrue) and the support number on their website goes directly to voicemail during their stated service hours. I've been scammed and reaching out to my bank to cancel payment.

UPDATE: Order still has not arrived

Ordered Sept 16, 2022 and email stated it was being hand crafted.

Oct 5 email stated it was on its way. Once it arrive to the USA the USPS would handle delivery. This is after I contacted the company about my order.

USPS site shows a label was printed on SEPTEMBER 18th awaiting arrival. No tracking history. I was hoping for a beautiful piece of sand art. All I got was a charge on my credit card. Very disappointed. Will give one more week before filing a dispute.

UPDATE:
Order did finally arrive. It does need some maintenance to work properly. All in all it looks like something that you could get on amazon. Plastic ring surrounding the item. Plastic stand too. It's ok but would not recommend to friends or family.

Your order has been shipped on October the 5th and is currently in transit overseas.
Labels are always printed on the day of the order, before the Sandelier is handcrafted.
Your parcel is currently in the hands of our international carrier and is on its way to the US. Once it arrives in the US, it will be handed over to USPS who will update the tracking information.
I'm sorry about the delay you are experiencing but I can assure you that your order is on its way to you. Moreover, your parcel is insured by the Shipping Protection that you purchased.

Amazing Service- Beautiful Art

Amazing Service. Very fast to make my custom one. I had a slight issue on delivery and I sent a quick video to the team, and the sorted it within 2 weeks.
It is the very first thing I have every bought just because, and I love it.

Really Helpful

I contacted the Team prior to the Bank Holiday with a query. I received their response the second working day after. Megan was informative and politely professional resolving my issue immediately.
I love the product and its been very well admired by friends. I intend to buy another 2 for Christmas presents. The Sandaliers are truly mesmerising...a modern day Kaleidoscope. Love em xx

Buyer Beware - Product Will Not Last!

Ordered 15FEB2022. Confirmation email stated 4 days to manufacture product, which should have been 21FEB22.
No update; contacted support 27FEB22. No status provided until 01MAR22: "order should be shipped within a few days"
No update; contacted support 10MAR22.No status until 15MAR22.
Contacted support 15MAR22. Response 16MAR22: "It should be finished by the end of the next week."
Product shipment notice 23MAR22 (over a month from their original commitment).

After enjoying the product for a few months, it required maintenance as described on the website. We followed all directions to adjust the liquid and air levels in the product.

The product never operated correctly again. The sand never fell appropriately again, even after following their maintenance instructions.

On 02SEP22, noticed that the product was showing signs of mold inside the display area. Upon removing the product from the wall, it had a large mold area on the back of the product. As this product was on a lobby display wall where employees and customers frequented, we immediately removed and discarded the product to remove the risk of mold exposure. Contacted support on that day to express my displeasure.

After 12 days (14SEP22), received a response that told me: "After doing the maintenance of your art piece several times, the sealant might be damaged which will cause a leak. This is normal and part of the process. You can purchase a repair kit..."

This response is unhelpful in many ways: nearly two weeks after the contact; claiming that the issue would be after several times of maintenance, when the product failed after one maintenance; claiming that this issue was "normal" is absurd - the product that was maintained per their instructions failed after one maintenance cycle and became worthless,

After reading their responses to other complaints and reviews, I am confident that Sandelier will try to paint the issue as not following their recommendations or treating their art piece like a toy (which was quite amusing in one of their responses. Perhaps they should actually take the volume of negative reviews and make a better product that will last more than a few months.

$660USD wasted on this product.

** Updated after Sandelier replied: As expected, despite clearly stating that we followed the maintenance instructions, they tried to paint the issue as not following their instructions. And they mention a new sealant kit which they sell, which was never mentioned and is not included on their website.

So, still a worthless response from the company - the review is not changing…Buyer Beware.

All of our Sandeliers have a sealed hole that allows for maintenance once or twice a year. In order to do the maintenance of your art piece, you have to insert a syringe into the frame. After some time and depending on what type of needle you are using, the sealant can be damaged. We provide repair kits in order to build a new sealant on your Sandelier in under 2 minutes.
Our Sandeliers are designed to last a lifetime with proper maintenance.
I am sorry about the delay you have experienced in the response of your request. However, the Sandelier you have disposed of was still in working condition and simply needed a new sealant.
You stated that you weren't able to make the sand flow appropriately again. We have a team at your disposal that is happy to assist you in that case and to carefully explain how to fix this.
Our Sandeliers are carefully handcrafted art pieces that include water, sand and air. It requires some time and guidelines to understand how they work and how to make the most of them, which is why we stay available in case you have any question about it.
I'm really sorry that you threw your Sandelier away even though it wasn't needed.

Three custom order wall mounted sandeliers

We ordered our sandelier (custom order, wall mounted) during the times of long shipping delays due to covid and as a result waited many many months for it to arrive. Once it came, we realized it was not the correct size. They were kind enough to let us keep that one, and then sent us the correct size. We hung them on our wall, and then decided we needed another smaller one, to compliment the other two. We are now the proud owners of three custom ordered wall mounted sandliers (24", 16" and a 10"). I have 4 kids, who LOVE to watch them. They try to see who can make the sand fall the longest. Everyone who comes to our house and spots them are fascinated by them. We highly recommend Sandelier to all our friends and family.

Amazing company and fantastic support…

Amazing company and fantastic support team!! My very excited boyfriend was obsessed with our new sandelier and within 24 hours of having it and getting it set up, he dropped it and it hot the shelf it was place on perfectly and cracked. We were already willing to buy a new one since it was our fault. But Megan and the sandelier team were kind to give us a discount code!! We will definitely be buying one for every room once we move. Amazing product!

Super excited when I received my…

Super excited when I received my Sandelier! Shipping was fast too! I'm impressed how it was well packed, very secured. Arrived with no damage at all. Sits on my desk and I look at it while working, it's just mesmerizing and relaxing to watch how different patterns were formed. My son loves watching it too! Simply amazing product! I love it!

Love it sooo much

My husband got this for me as a present. It is so awesome. It sits on my desk and when I turn it, I lose track of time and watch it slowly change scenes. It is so relaxing. Mine has little bits of gold glitter. I love how that glitter sets of each new landscape that it creates. And customer service is simply AWESOME!
