I had a great experience with SANDMARC. The product quality is excellent and you can immediately tell there’s a strong attention to detail in both design and performance.

At first, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t getting the results I expected from the macro lens. I even saw some mixed opinions online that made me question it. But instead of giving up, I decided to dig deeper and understand how to properly use it.

That’s when everything changed.

After adjusting the macro settings on my phone and taking the time to learn the correct setup, the results improved dramatically. The image quality, sharpness, and detail are truly impressive when used correctly.

There’s one key detail I want to highlight for anyone using the macro lens:

👉 Make sure you are using the 1x camera on your phone.
Using other zoom options can reduce the effectiveness of the macro and you won’t get the same level of detail.

I purchased the Grade 5 black watch band to go with my black Apple Watch Ultra 3. They look good together. It took me a while to get the band to fit properly on my wrist but customer support and the videos on their site were extremely helpful.

I purchased Sandmarc lenses for my iPhone, expecting a meaningful upgrade in image quality. Unfortunately, they were a complete disappointment.

The lenses added weight and looked premium, but in real-world use, they noticeably reduced sharpness, introduced distortion, and degraded overall image quality. Instead of enhancing the footage, they made it worse.

In comparison, Zeiss lenses on other mobile phones like vivo perform significantly better in terms of clarity, contrast, and edge sharpness.

What made it more frustrating was being told that I need to use an external third-party app to get “proper results.” If a product requires additional software to compensate for its limitations, that’s already a red flag. The app experience itself was poor and raised concerns around stability and security.

Overall, this felt like an expensive accessory that prioritizes aesthetics over real optical performance.

For the price, it simply doesn’t deliver.

The customer support from this company is out of this world! They have been extremely helpful and I would encourage anyone to purchase their products!

I ordered the wrong case - my mistake! Consequently I contacted Sandmarc, who obligingly informed me, "not to worry", we'll send you the right case! Which they did, absolutely no discussion, they just did it! Considering it was my fault, I consider the service from Sandmarc to be really good and I will continue to deal with them.
Their range of lenses is great and they're useful quality accessories for my iphone!

Received faulty iphone cases. Cannot use lens without the relevant attachment. After far too many emails back and forth, finally received replacement cases. I was charged extra for this which is disappointing. Did not meet expectations. Won’t order again.

I've purchased several products from Sandmarc and they are all very high quality. My most recent purchase was their grade 5 titanium AppleWatch Ultra band. Out of several Ultra watchbands I own, this band is the only one I wear now.

I had a minor issue with the clasp not holding as expected and customer service resolved it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Sandmarc and especially recommend the Grade 5 Titanium band.

I can confidently say that investing in Sandmarc lenses has completely transformed the way I shoot on my phone. I currently own the 25mm Macro, 100mm Macro, Microscope lens, and the 58mm Telephoto, and every single one of them has exceeded my expectations in ways I honestly didn’t think were possible with mobile photography.

Let’s start with the macro lenses, because they are nothing short of mind blowing. The 25mm Macro is incredibly versatile and quickly became my go to for close up shots. It delivers stunning clarity, rich detail, and a natural depth that makes textures and small subjects come alive without feeling overly compressed. It’s perfect for flowers, food, product shots, and everyday creative exploration.

The 100mm Macro takes things to an entirely different level. The working distance alone makes it a dream to use. I can capture extreme detail without casting shadows or disturbing my subject. The sharpness is unreal, edge to edge, and the background separation you get feels almost DSLR like. If you’re even remotely serious about macro photography, this lens is a must have.

Then there’s the Microscope lens, which is just pure magic. This lens is on another planet. The level of detail it reveals is something you don’t truly understand until you see it for yourself. It turns the invisible into the visible. Textures, fibers, surfaces. Things you’d never notice with the naked eye suddenly become entire landscapes. It’s endlessly fascinating and incredibly fun, whether you’re a creative, a science nerd, or both.

The 58mm Telephoto rounds out the kit perfectly. It produces beautifully compressed images, clean subject separation, and flattering perspectives that are ideal for portraits, detail shots, and cinematic compositions. It feels refined, sharp, and purposeful. Not just a zoom, but a true creative tool.

Beyond the lenses themselves, the build quality across the board is exceptional. These lenses feel solid, premium, and thoughtfully engineered. They’re easy to mount, stay secure, and feel like tools made by people who actually use and care about photography.

What truly sets Sandmarc apart, though, is their customer service. I had an issue with one of my lenses, and I was honestly blown away by how it was handled. The lenses feel premium

I recently purchased a new iPhone lens from Sandmarc and I’m genuinely blown away by the quality — the build, clarity and overall performance are outstanding. It has genuinely elevated my mobile photography.

I also made the mistake of ordering an item for the wrong phone model, but Sandmarc’s customer service was incredible. They responded quickly to every enquiry and were so helpful in getting the issue resolved without any hesitation.

I couldn’t be happier with the Grade 5 Titanium Edition band from Sandmarc for my Apple Watch Ultra. It has the solid, linked feel of a classic watch band while matching the AWU’s rugged design perfectly. I prefer it over the Nomad band mainly because of the clasp, which feels more secure when taking it off and doesn’t risk slipping from my wrist. When I found the clasp a bit too sensitive, Sandmarc’s support team handled a quick swap quickly and professionally. It’s now my go-to band for both the office and the gym, though I still switch to Apple’s Ocean Band for runs.

I’ve been using SANDMARC lenses with my iPhone 15 Pro for about a year now, mainly the 25mm Macro Lens and the Microscope Lens.

The 25mm Macro Lens has become one of my favorite tools for creative photography. It’s incredibly sharp, captures fine details, and gives that beautiful shallow depth of field that makes small subjects pop. I love using it for nature shots, and it always surprises me how much detail the iPhone sensor can pull when paired with good glass.

I use the Microscope Lens to a lesser extent, but it’s still a fascinating tool whenever I want to explore extreme close-ups.

Build quality on both lenses is excellent, and the image quality combined with their creative potential allows you to capture truly stunning shots.

Overall, if you enjoy macro photography or want to explore details invisible to the naked eye, SANDMARC’s Macro and Microscope Lenses are absolutely worth it.

1. The grip was handy and solid, a bid lighter material would have made it still better.
2. The fist one had some issue and immediately they send me another which had no problem.

I regret ever ordering from Sandmarc.

I pre-purchased a lens which arrived two months late. When I finally tested it, it was faulty. Sandmarc confirmed by email that I could return it, and I paid for return shipping out of my own pocket. Tracking shows they received the product on 2 July 2025.

Since then, I’ve exchanged over a dozen emails with them. On 2 July and again on 4 August, Sandmarc told me the refund had been processed — but nothing arrived. After leaving public reviews, they finally sent me a partial refund on 3 September 2025.

Instead of refunding the full amount (USD 170.19 ≈ AUD 261, which includes the product and shipping reimbursement they promised), they only sent AUD 207.70 and let PayPal deduct a fee of AUD 8.40 from my refund. Refunds should not come with a fee to the customer — the merchant must cover it. The outstanding balance of AUD 61.71 remains unpaid.

I contacted them again on 3 September and 8 September to resolve this, but they have not replied. At this point, Sandmarc has both my returned product and part of my money, and they are ignoring further communication.

Based on my experience, Sandmarc did not resolve the issue properly and left part of my refund unpaid.

I had a problem with the case that came with the order. After contacting SANDMARC and sending a film of the problem with the case got a replacement free of charge.

SANDMARC delivers amazing quality and design! Their gear has leveled up my photos/videos, and the customer service is just as impressive. Highly recommend!
