Followed their instructions and per their written return/refund policy to return unopened item for full refund. Sandmarc VERY slow in responding and providing return label. I returned the item, and USPS delivery tracking confirmed that Sandmarc received the returned item. It has been weeks and Sandmarc is not confirming receiving the return and not providing the promised full refund. They also refused to respond to PayPal claims and are now arguing with PayPal Resolutions instead of just following their own policy posted on their site and providing the promised refund. Buyer Beware. This company is not staffed by grown adults.

A year ago I purchased the "Creator Grip," but recently it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth.
I wrote to SANDMARC (honestly, without any illusions), but instead they wrote to me and replaced my Creator Grip free of charge.

This is how a minimalist Apple MacBook leather case should look and feel! I’ve tried so many on Amazon and other sites in the UK. Then I did some googling and came across Sandmarc and even though there are not many reviews on YouTube. As soon as you unpack the sleeve you realise you made the right choice!

I bought the 13/14 version and have a 14” MacBook. The fit is amazing, little snug but certainly within a week or so it’s spot on.

The leather quality seems excellent and it has the leather smell though not overwhelming so.

Shipping and packaging is great! There is just nothing I can complain about.

Oh my GOODNESS what an amazing company! So I had just moved from SC down to MS and ordered a new watch band for my new job. My phone auto-populated my old address and the purchase was sent to SC. I freaked out and sent them multiple emails asking for help. They immediately told me not to worry and created a re-shipment to my NEW address when they absolutely did not have to!! I just got it yesterday and work it to work today. It’s AMAZING!!

They are very slow (more than 2 weeks to respond to my return request) it feels like they are not taking things seriously for their clients!!! Avoid this company.

I will delete only when they have refunded me.
So if my review stays online forever it will be because they haven't proceed!!

Great quality product! I’ve been wearing the Grade 4 Titanium band on my AW ultra for ~2 weeks almost daily. It feels nice, looks awesome, and doesn’t scratch easily. I love the fact that you are able to remove half links for the perfect fit.

At first the clasp didn’t work that well, because it openend by itself very easily when the palm of my hand and my wrist touched the two release buttons. I informed customer support about my problems, and without any hesitation, got replacement clasps which fixed the problem!

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who likes an AW band that is both rugged for daily use and neat for special occasions. :)

I’m very happy with the service I received from SANDMARC. I recently bought a new SANDMARC lens, but unfortunately, it wasn’t compatible with my older SANDMARC VND filter. However, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by their customer service team, who helped me replace the product without any hassle. Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented – I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend!

I had bought an iPhone case which turned out to be faulty. Sandmarc were so very helpful and sent me a new case free of any chargers.

For my Apple Watch ultra I think it’s the must beautiful band ever made for the watch. Congratulations. Also the support service is just amazing, they sent me a replaced link for free, they are the best.

These lenses were SO worth it! Shipping was fast, everything arrived smoothly, and honestly? I couldn’t be happier. Their system is really easy to figure out, even for someone like me who’s never used external lenses before. This is such a step up from relying on digital zoom. You can really see the difference shooting through actual glass.

Even as a beginner/hobbyist, I feel like I’ve unlocked a whole new world of mobile photography. Total game changer.

I purchased a filter from SANDMARC, expecting high-quality, California-designed gear. Unfortunately, the adapter didn't fit the filter making it unusable, the design was bulky, meaning even if it had worked as advertised it would prevent gimbal use and there was a noticeable light leak from cheap manufacturing. The packaging felt cheap like Temu, not aligning with the premium branding and price. I've been awaiting a refund since April 24, with no clear resolution despite multiple follow-ups. Disappointed with both the product and the total lack of customer support.

The service from Sandmarc is always perfect. The products are very simple, well made and really fit for purpose.
Loads of people are intrigued by the lense additions to my iPhone so they always get a mention.
I have used the lenses on 2 trips to the top of Kilimanjaro at 5895m - so easy to switch between and accessible in pockets of rucksacks.

Quality equipment and really excellent customer service. Set responsive to queries. Shipping was fast too.

I orderd the Apple watch 2 Titanium grade 5 band on january 27. I selected the fast delivery. Now on 6 february its still not there. Fedex never sends email updates, really bad sending company, the reviews are so bad. So what can we do about it now? I want the band!!
