Panasonic TV lip sync problem

See Panasonic TV lip sync problem on Panasonic UK Trustpilot page.
Exceptionally poor customer support, emails ignored . Zero response from Customer Complaints UK. The service ethic seems to be mess you about and hope you will just give up and go away.

Bought a Panasonic TV three years ago…

Bought a Panasonic TV three years ago the picture went of completely a week ago leaving only the sound working, TV'S are supposed to last around 50,000 hours this one had done about 12,000 hours when the back light failed, after complaining to Panasonic which are not easy to contact and say the TV I purchased from them should have lasted much longer as all my other TV'S did but not the Panasonic one all my other TV'S lasting between 8 to 10 years old before expiring but Panasonic were not at all interested in my issue stating any electronic problem arising after the 12 month guarantee period is not covered even though they admit to say its possible for any TV component to fail at any time whereas if they are saying that and TV'S can be pricy we know they should acknowledge their admittance that TV'S can go wrong within the expected time frame of their lifetime and if so if their TV'S's do breakdown come to some sort of arrangement with the buyer such as myself if their product does not meet the expectations of it as in my case it did not which must of had an in built fault as i see it instead of fobbing me off by advising me to get the set repaired at my own cost.

I bought three linked Panasonic…

I bought three linked Panasonic cordless phones for each of the rooms in my parents assisted living facility. They failed in under 2 years and the response I got was tough, the warranty is for a year. To make matters worse, I received the most patronising reply from a customer services agent that I have ever received. I can only assume that they are the reincarnation of Professor Stephen Hawking as they told me that time was subjective! actually the Gregorian calendar which measures the concept of time has been in use for almost 450 years. If you are going to be clever, at least be accurate. Although using their rules then I have decided I am 21 again! Won't touch any Panasonic products again due to this experience.

ASSISTANCE| UNIT HAD MOIST🚫⚠️ Unacceptable Fabrication

Greetings

thank you for your response

The Technician's discovery and conclusion regards my concern was not based on the normal functioning of the unit and moisture created. But based on a part inside that has not been insulated, causing corrosion, the technician continued and explained to me the standardized requirements for refrigerators would be properly insulated, and in such a case corrosion would not be evident.

Furthermore when I asked the Technician what the possible options are towards a solution, I was reassured by him that he will be taking the appropriate steps to inform you adequately about the situation, so that the problem at hand can be addressed and taken care of promptly and properly.

Failure to adequately manufacture a product in regards to insulation, is highly unethical practice.

I trust the matter will be resolved soon, as I do not plan on visiting your office, however if that's the case, and appropriate customer service is not provided, I will take the needed steps.

I do not appreciate ignorant belligerence.

As I have been waiting several weeks to resolve this matter.

I trust to hear from you soon

Hi Sir Simeon,

Good day!

We want to inform you that this is about your refrigerator
that was checked by our Technician in your house.

We raise your concern to our supplier for these moist units, Sir.
As per supplier (Panasonic incharge) it is normal for the unit to create moisture.
Especially if the unit opens frequently, the heat will come in so the ice will melt
and create moisture.

Thank you so much.

As a Panasonic customer here in Kent, Great Britain, can I please request that senior management in Sanyo/ Panasonic take the time to read the Trustpilot reviews on their British counterparts here .
Surely, someone in senior management must care??

Sanyo Tv

Sanyo is one of the most trusted company and is reliable too. I have been using Sanyo tv which is a LED 32" tv with high quality speakers and HD quality since 4 years now. No problems faced until now. It has got a reasonable price and is worth buying. Good experience.

They indeed under the pressure of Chinese brands and that's it. No matter how you put it here. Thanks for letting me know all that matter anyway. I do not see why they are here under the brand national or sanyo, while they are indeed Panasonic and I still have TV and phone from them.

Don’t buy Panasonic, it’s not worth the hassle.

The worst customer service I have ever had, over two months into a problem and absolutely nothing has been solved. My £2000 television is faulty, a common fault on OLEDs which is apparent after even a quick internet search, yet they have no idea what is going on. I’ve rang up every week for two months, all I hear is “We’re looking into it”. They past three calls is them blaming the factory for the delay and they customer service team is going to take it on and I’ll get a prompt call back, which obviously I never get. I will NEVER buy Panasonic again at this rate.

AWFUL customer service

Got a 50" LCD about 6 months ago. the picture totally stopped working two weeks ago. I called and they said a tech person would have to come out. A week later, someone emails me asking for pictures. I reply immediately and after numerous calls and emails, have not heard anything back yet.

Don't ever buy any of these products!!
