I never received my order, yet the seller insists it was “delivered.” I did everything they asked — checked with the post office and neighbours — but no resolution was offered. I’ve had to escalate through my bank. Very poor service.

Product has been in shipping for 28 days. Company keeps saying it should be any day. No idea who the product has is even being shipped through. 17 track is who it is being tracked by and the process makes zero sense.

Not great communication - I ordered some clips and other apparel, and it was processed quickly, but it has yet to be picked up by the carrier and it has been a couple of weeks.

Ordered an item from them in April. Got the tracking number from 17 track and item made it to the United States supposedly 32 days ago and has had no movement since customer service keeps saying it’s on its way. Don’t fall for the scam. Stay far away from these idiots.

This company is a joke. I ordered 2 pairs of a rings, and got 1.5 pairs. I emailed customer service and they just keep playing the dumb card.

They don't hear the fact that I got 1.5 of my order, they just keep saying I received what I had ordered.

This company is a scam. Don't waste your time with them at all. Please do not give this company your money.

Made an order from a Facebook ad I saw. Got a tracking number for that sketchy “17 Track” site, which was super slow to update anything. Seemed like it would sit in different parts of the world for weeks at a time. Customer service eventually went dark on me. Total scam.

Giving 1-star because 0-stars isn’t an option. Ordered 3 items, and received a shipping notice with a tracking number a few days later. Problem is, nothing ever happened after that. Package never left the original location. Emailed them every couple of days, and just kept getting a generic bounce-back message telling me they were sorry for the delay, and that I’d receive everything in 4-7 days. When I’d email with specific questions, they would not be addressed; just more “4-7 days”. After a month, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. My best advice is JUST DON’T!!!!

Ordered two items. Received one but not the other. When I contacted them thier response was it was delivered case closed. Don’t waste your money

This company is a scam. They issue a tracking number that doesn't exist. When questioned, the story changes to a backlog in processing the order. Thankfully my order was only small, as I doubt they will ever get back to me about a refund.

Never received my fake nipple piercings & they were quite expensive for a pair of magnets. Customer service was no help & would not refund me or replace the product, as it showed delivered. I have a locking mailbox & I was at home at the delivery time. They were not delivered to my address. I even checked at the post office & they weren’t there.

Never received my goods. They make out they're sending them, even Evri states they're expecting it but that status never changes. Leave well alone

Ordered 3 items. All correct size and 2 are perfect as in the words were in the right spot. The third pair, the letter are offset by 2 I ordered "yes sir" on the over hip g-banger specifically because I saw in another picture that they'd put a word either side of the "V" at the back so it would look symmetrical and really effective. They did not do this to mine. They took the space out from between the words and shoved it off to the left. I've also noticed that these are just bedazzled letter beads that have been hot-glued on. Kind of a let down as I could've done that myself and now I'll probably end up damaging the undies when I try to fix it.

I'd like to ad a photo to better explain my complaint but there is no option to do that.

I saw adverts on Facebook and Instagram for their personalised lingerie. I read the reviews on the website and tried to find info on google. It only referenced their tiktok page and a thread on reddit.
I paid for my lingerie and received a confirmation number. Never received a tracking or irder number. Never received my products. They obviously are not responding
