I was looking for a projector for my bedroom and was very happy to find such a large collection of models. Found an acer one that was only 49 euros

Good atmosphere, very good customer service

The order was completed in time, every step was sent to me by email and I could track the delivery easily.

I heard about poor experiences with Saturn MediaMarkt support, but it gets worse. I ordered a vacuum during their Black Friday sale. The order was confirmed, then canceled the next day. I have contacted them about six times so far, with no resolution.​
First, I called by phone, but no one spoke even basic English. I explained in my best German. The agent spent at least 5 min checking, only to say she didn't know why it was canceled. I then opened a ticket and learned it was canceled because they "only ship to Germany", despite my shipping address being in Germany, proving their complete incompetence.
I had to explain this twice to finally receive an apology for the mistake, along with instructions to reorder using a specific reference number alongside the new order number. I did exactly that, but it was canceled again. Twice! When I followed up, they claimed the issue was "already solved" with a refund, meaning that they hadn't even read the ticket. This further confirms their incompetence and ignorance.
Responses take days each time, and now I'm waiting again. I strongly DO NOT recommend buying from them. Support communication is a nightmare if anything goes wrong.

Helpful customer service. I actually cancelled my order but they refunded my money quickly.

I have ordered for home delivery but they left at near by packet shop. As the equipment is heavy, I faced some difficulty to carry to my apartment where I dont have lift.

I find my experience really positive, i bought it product on Thursday and it on Saturday so i’m pretty happy with delivery time. Product was delivered without any problems and packaging was fine. Looking forward for next buy.

When the delivery person gave me my new washing machine, they refused to take my old one and said I should contact customer service. Now customer service does not reply to me after several emails.

I got it a a deal in black Friday, but the received item was unsealed, and very dirty. Not sure if it was used or just used as store item

1st time - they said they couldn't find me.
2nd time - I selected keep at front door option. Still they gave same reason that they couldn't find me (tallest building in the middle of the city btw).
3rd time - I selected the nearest packet shop & went to pick up my parcel.
Never experienced this with any other delivery services.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this store. As a visitor on vacation, I clearly explained to the staff that I needed the correct Tax Free form for airport customs. Despite this, the employee gave me the wrong document. I only discovered the mistake at the airport, where I still had the form stamped by customs — but it was useless because it wasn’t the correct one.

After contacting the store, they refused to help in any way, even though the mistake was made by their employee. They insisted that nothing could be done, leaving me without the refund I should have received.

This lack of responsibility and customer care is unacceptable. Travelers rely on correct information and proper documentation, and in this case the store failed and then refused to correct their own error. I would not recommend this store to anyone seeking reliable service.

Delivery was fast no damage great support team

I dont know but the prices here are very high, so much for a new iphone 17 pro max! GIdk whod pay so much for a simple phone lol. THe issuew ith the site is that sometimes the photos dot open at all and it says error sso I have to copy the name of the product and then google it and then see if I like it, just takes so much extra effort.

If you need console, pc or anything you can imagine for home machine and electric stuff this is the one site(shop) you must visit.
