Some one sent me a phishing sms after stealing my iphone. the domain and website was created by this platform. They need to verify sites they create. the domain name was:
device-localiser.com
Potential fraudulent website selling our products without permission
Sav hosting a potential fraudulent website for scammers selling products without permission
never had a problem with sav
Price And Unique
I use Sav because the domain name price is very good, it has many functions that other providers don't have.
They host a scam site on their platform and do nothing
I reported a scam site hosted by the sav.com platform through their report form but they did nothing, they said “not enough evidence” when it was obvious that it was a clone site of another one with a very similar domain.
Unserious company, at this point it seems clear to me that instead of obstructing illegalities they just do nothing.
fast payement and domain reservation

Worst and Delayed Customer Support Ever
Worst and Delayed Customer Support Ever
Would never recommend it someone, it's the third time i am having this issue with them! I don't know why I moved my domains here, I am sure I would start movin my dmoains from them, I have 40+ domains with them at the moment now and I was thinking to move my other 100 from the other registrar here but no!
Do you guys ever respond and solve the tickets on time??
I have faced the transfer issue 5th time amount paid and domain wasn't transfered and it keeps rolling because sav system fails to process it!
Now the most recent one i transfered my domain on Oct 24 and today it's 30th Nov nothing yet, amount gone domain out from namecheap can't see it in Sav.com transfer fees + domain both gone, you contact the support they keep on doing lame excuses and we will be back, live chat of no use they always say we will be back shortly, what rubbish is this??
After continuous live chat followups then they asked me to open a tick : 378038 it's been 12 days since the ticket is opened they never bothered to contact me or update me with the issue!
Domain abuse report update from November…
***Update: I reported the cloned website to ICANN, Google, Microsoft and the UK internet police for domain abuse and also the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center with plenty of receipts.
It wasn't until I reported the cloned website to the FBI Cyber Crimes did the website magically get suspended.
My advice for people experiencing website cloning through this shady domain provider or any other domain provider is to use all the avenues available to combat cyber crime including reporting Sav to the FBI Cyber Crimes division to aid the government in their ongoing efforts so these people who are not making an effort or are unsuccessful in protecting consumers and legitimate businesses from being a victim of domain abuse can be tracked and either be held accountable or help in the effort to prevent domain abuse.
It is a huge undertaking by the US government to get these cyber criminals, but they are making progress because they have successfully seized 41 internet domains that were being used to clone legitimate businesses websites to fund illegal activities in other countries.
------------------------------------------------------
I submitted an abuse report on November 2, 2024 for copyright and phishing. On November 15, 2024 I found the cloned website still up and active - I followed up on my support ticket and all it says Insufficient Evidence for Action. I have tried contacting someone at this company for additional information by phone, email and chat and all I get are robots telling me to submit a new request. I swear this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my 40+ years on earth. I even reached out to their CTO for help and still no response. I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legitimate.
Sav.com Delayed my domain Purchase
I purchased 2 domains, the system payment failed because their system was down. After their system recovered, they purchased my domain but refunded my money.
Basically, my domains (2 of them) are bought by sav.com but it doesn't belong to me as of now (1 week later). It's mainly because they refunded. It was a system error issue
I feel so sad because the domain which i wanted doesn't belong to me now and the support is taking so long to resolve this.
It took a total of close to 2-3 weeks before they charge my card and handed over the domain to me
Cloned Website | No Help or Replies From Customer Support
We have had our website cloned and the fraudulent website is hosted with Sav.com.
I have contacted them asking them to help with the problem and I am being ignored with no customer service at all.
We are now going to seek legal advise regarding the fraudulent website since the hosting company do not answer emails.
Terrible service and I would not recommend them, you can see that by the other reviews on Trustpilot that other customers are having the same problem.
Terrible Experience with Sav.com: Zero Accountability for Copyright Violations
My website was completely copied, and the offending domain was registered through Sav.com. I contacted the registrar to address this issue, but they responded that they couldn’t help. This outrageous inaction by the company is unacceptable. They truly deserve a rating of 0.
I had never heard of this registrar before, and now I understand why. It’s the worst I’ve ever encountered, which explains why no one uses Sav.com except for some internet scammers who disregard copyright laws, copy others’ websites, and are protected by Sav.com. Avoid this company
If you sell a domain through sav.com…
If you sell a domain through sav.com you won't be able to get your payout. I've been trying to withdraw for weeks and haven't been paid. All support tickets get closed automatically. Avoid

Not for professional use - avoid
1. if you change the name of the registrant of a domain, sav will send an email to the owner of the domain (normal user) with links to click on. Everyone is bombarded with “don't click on links”. If you don't click on the link, your domain is put on hold.
2. Even if you do click on the link, and are told that it has been confirmed, the domain can still be put on hold.
3. If you raise the problem with technical support, it takes them 3 to 5 days to check (with the weekend, that's a whole week without a domain, without mail, etc).
4. On top of that, when you change the registrant of a domain, their app also changes the default contact of your account (which is not the registrant of a domain). In other words, you have to change your default contact again, and even though it's only the contact of your account, you have to validate your domain again.
And go back to point 2 and cross your fingers.
If you're a professional, don't use this company.
