Not what was expected
If you live close by it might not be so bad but I live in canada and the price for 2-1oz bottles at highest concentration was just to much. I didn't find the fragrances to be any stronger than the ones I buy here in Canada at regular price. The scents were nice but not as strong as expected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I am very sorry that you did not have a favorable experience with the two fragrances that you purchased. Each fragrance has its own character. Some fragrances are more potent than others, due to the makeup of the notes used in formulation. For those that are budget conscious we offer the Standard and Ultra Concentrations. The best way to determine the difference between the three concentrations is to use them in application (candles, soaps, incense, etc...). The Extreme concentration version of a particular fragrance will not always be over the top to the point of being too potent, but we find that on those types of fragrances, the difference can be found in the lasting time and sillage of the scent.

I do not see that you had previously ordered from us, so I am assuming that the previous order you are referring to must have been with a different company. Scents may share the same name across different companies, but each fragrance company has its own formulation. We always recommend customers purchase small samples of any fragrance they are interested in purchasing prior to committing to a large volume of an oil. We offer low cost sniffie samples for this purpose, which includes 5 fragrances of your choosing for $5. We cover the cost of shipping on these sniffie samples. I hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future. We offer a wide variety of oils for just about every usage.

Honestly five stars is inadequate, in the 5+ years I have done business with you THE ONLY complaint I have is the minimum amount I need to spend on oils to get the free shipping, sometimes business is slow and I can't afford the amount and have to go to a lesser company.

Materials problem
All has been swell with what I have aquired and communication with staff has been good. THE LAST 1000 RAW STICK INCENSE I GOT HAD NO UNIFORMITEY 35 % of the punks won't stay lit due to inconsistencies. If the sticks wer better 4.5 I would give

i can sincerely say that my experience with SOS has been a 7 star long term relationship. I was SHOCKED to see the 1 star. Never expected anything less than a 4 star. Maybe it is just the TRUMP EFFECT on the economy, not sure. :-]
I have been ordering from SOS for about 10 years. I should have stock in this company!!!. They always sell samples which I think is awesome. I do not like ALL OF THEIR products. Who does?! But I have NEVER experienced poorly made, cheaply made product. Any missed packed they would send me would be either tracked down, or resent.
I do not work for them, but man that is a real bummer for those who has those extremely rare experiences. Its a new year, try again.
