I would definitely recommend this site to EVERYONE looking to go into the candle making business rather it be for personal or income. Saveonscents excels in all areas, #1 being customer service and when you have that, everything else just falls into place. If I could give them more than 5 stars I for sure would.

FO fell short of expectations
The web page is easy to navigate and shipping was prompt. I was looking for one specific FO, which they carry, but it fell short of duplicating the fragrance of a true tea olive. This happens sometimes and it won't stop me from trying their other fragrances.

They will be able to steer you in the right direction for whatever you might be looking for. We also offer custom fragrance creation and duplication services, so you can alway have something made just for you, if you cannot find it in our library or elsewhere.

They never answered my email
They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Now, if you would like to discuss this issue, feel free to email me.

I am very sorry for the lack of response to your email from last week! It looks like your email was accidentally mistagged. and then not seen by our customer service team. We will make sure that this does not happen again with yours or any other customers. That said, I see that you stated that you followed our suggested usage rates when making finished products. Our suggested usage chart is meant be a very general starting point. Each oil has its own potency and sillage profile. If you are finding that the final product (whether it be soap, candles, lotions, etc...) is not as potent as you would like, you can certainly increase your usage rate, until you are satisfied. The oils that you ordered generally don't appear to be amongst our more delicate scents, so this increase in usage should make a finished product that is plenty potent for the end user. Again, I am very sorry that we did not respond to your first email. I will also follow up with you right away.

I am pretty much satisfied as the incense I ordered is awesome. One problem I have had some sticks that stuck together. If you take them apart they do not burn. I have to break the extra sticks off and burn a double or triple stick. Just a bit if a PITA

A great starter kit
A great starter kit, I am having so much fun with it. The competitor products's price goes around 400~ 700 dollars with fewer viles of scent than SOS. Any amatuers as well as semi- pros, I strongly recommend to get this kit

I am sorry for your dissatisfaction with our return policy. This is an industry wide practice. We simply cannot restock an oil has been outside of our control. This is in place not to protect a one-time sale, but to protect the safety of our customers. We simply cannot in good conscience resell an oil that has the potential to be used on someone's skin or hair, when we cannot guarantee the safety and quality. We try to be as transparent a possible, and explain this in our policy section on our website. We do offer low cost sniffie samples to our customers, so they can test oils before spending a lot of money on an unknown scent. We very much thank your being a customer for almost 5 years now.

SUPERLATIVE QUALITY, SELECTION, & SERVICE
My experiences with SOS have always been superlative. I have absolutely no complaints.
Unfortunately, one of the scents that I enjoy the most is was not available the last time I ordered. Other than that, I would recommend this venue for anyone who may be interested in making their own fragrance based products!
